Idiots and a DM | A Dungeon And Dragons Podcast

The Dragon Plungers are in a tough fight between some easy monsters, but will they manage to get out or do something dumb to get a TPK (total party kill) because of wanting to be heroic?

These answers will be answered...hopefully in pt. 3 of episode 6.

Also, this episode features a bit more after what happens in the session when the crew talks outside of the game a bit.

The Dragon Plunger crew managed to get back into the cave to get paid for their quest, but they might have bitten off bigger than they can chew. Let's look at the way the dices begin to roll in their adventure this session.

Can the guide actually guide them to victory? Can the fellow cat be of use, or will he be another Barbarian that causes problems? Can Sakis finally actually be useful and do legit damage and be a tank? Will Eoin be the one to make it out alive from all the danger that the others cause?

These answers will be answered...hopefully in pt. 2 of episode 6.

The Dragon Plunger crew has decided to go and get a guide to help them on their journey...finally. But the kicker is one of them also just got arrested and they need a 3rd to help them.

The Dragon Plungers are still doing their quest that was meant for only a good 2-day adventure to get some salamander sacks, but because they are a group of misfits that are not as one, they ran into a bit of a hiccup. They managed to get away from the issues of nearly dying from a swarm of crocs and now they are looking to get one or two salamanders alone and separated away from the pack.

But as you might have already guessed it, they got to deal with someone causing a problem and getting another group involved in their adventure - that is not needed. Will the group make it out safely? Or will this be the first party wipe of the party? Let's see how the group gets out of this rocky pickle.

This episode is from our October Halloween special that we wanted to run but it was pushed back because of everyone having to get things handled. Also due to issues with some editing problems. I had this in the process of being finished for months and couldn't for the life of me get it finished until now. Sorry for the delay, enjoy the fools as they handle the specters inside of their new home.

Hey everyone, this episode was recorded a while before the Christmas and Halloween break but took a while to get done due to some personal reasons. This episode has some issues on my audio part due to some headphone clarity and possible recording app issues. Sorry for the wait, enjoy.

The crew has rested and are off to go and see if they can finish getting the salamander scales so they can get paid, but they are still trying to figure out how to get across the water that is in their path and that big dragon in front of them. One of them has a bright idea to swim in the water, but I think he might be an unwanted guest or an unexpected meal.

The Hounds have come back and have met up with Lambert to discuss the next mission ideas from the scouts after getting their first artifact and Zil training to become the next guardian of the Traveler. The crew managed to get themselves into more trouble than they thought, but to be expected from the DM's standpoint. A specter has Sakis in a tight hold and not letting go, Aerios is trying to figure out what he can do, and Grawth is doing the next thing of a Barbarian and trying to read a book. Their was an issue with the audio from our DM and could not be redone as it was live and only found out after the fact. So episode 1 will have some audio issues but will be fixed for future episodes.

This is the first episode of Arc 1 of the Dragon Plungers saga. The crew meets up for the first time together and works on establishing themselves as a mix match of adventurers'. The meeting is almost like a joke opener from a Dad: "so a paladin, barbarian, and a cleric meet in a bar".
