Setting You Up For Success, Even Into Your 80s!
In today's podcast episode, we discuss the importance of addressing the root causes of health issues for long-term success and longevity. We aim to keep you active and pain-free even in your later years. By looking at the whole person and considering factors like sleep, nutrition, hydration, and movement mechanics, we empower you to take control of your health and enjoy a fulfilling life. Join us as we explore the key to building healthy habits and staying vibrant as you age.

Why Your MRI Tells a Physical Therapist Nothing
If you were to go to a mechanic to see what's wrong with your car.. would you take a photo of your car with you or would you take your car? You would probably take your car! A picture wouldn't allow the mechanic to see under the hood and find the issue. The same goes with Physical Therapy! Today, let's dive deeper into this and talk about why it's so important to see a movement specialist if you're having pain and why imaging doesn't tell the full story.

We're back! About Move Athletics and What To Expect
We're excited to finally bring the podcast back and with that, a new intro was necessary! We are joined by Dr. Roger St. Onge and new co-owner of Move Athletics, Dr. Caitlin Vela.
As our team grows and as we evolve as a practice, we want to make sure you are getting nothing but the best content as often as we can give it. With that said, if there are questions you have specifically relating to physical therapy, movement, pelvic health, or health in general.. reach out to us on social media and let us know. We would be happy to answer it in a future episode!
Welcome back to Move Radio!
