Whether you're a seasoned chef in the NES kitchen or just looking for a taste of nostalgia, this episode is your perfect recipe for retro gaming enjoyment! 🎮🍳🌶️

Rollergames
Strap on your skates and join us in this thrilling episode as we speed through the pixelated lanes of "Rollergames" on NES! From fearless skating heroes to relentless baddies, we tackle it all. We've also got a fresh segment of retro-fitted trophies that add a modern twist to this classic roller derby adventure. Plus, hear what our listeners have to say about their own joystick-juggling journey through this vintage gem. Get ready for a nostalgic ride full of 8-bit beats and high-score heats in the roller-rumbling world of Rollergames!

Not Rollergames
This episode should be about Rollergames for the NES. It is not.

Laser Invasion
We'll save you the "we're back" slogan. We might be, we hope we are, but there are no guarantees in this topsy turvy world.
Despite that, we are bringing you an episode with all your favorite tangents, a decent chunk of game talk, and even talk about an accessory.

Taboo: The Sixth Sense
Justin and Michael discuss the "game" called Taboo: The Sixth Sense and try out a new recording studio outside of the Krystal.

Snake Rattle 'n' Roll
Justin and Michael discuss the Rare game... Snake Rattle 'n' Roll.

The Krion Conquest
The what? Who has ever heard of this game? Power Trip Gaming has heard of this game. Paul and Andy join Michael to discuss this unusual Mega Man clone. Rare game and a rare episode, as Justin is actually absent from this one.

Dragon Warrior
Such an iconic game, there is no way the 2 Dudes can cover this one alone. However, with the help of JZNES, maybe they can come close to discussing the legend.

Starship Hector
Michael and Justin dig into the notoriously difficult Starship Hector. The dudes aren't exactly expert gamers, so be prepared for a lot of tangents on this one as they may not have made it deep into the game.

Fester's Quest
We're joined by the No Swear Gamer on this episode to discuss Fester's Quest!
"This game is about the Addams Family?"

Rockin' Kats
How many cat jokes can you make it through before you have to turn off the podcast?

2022 Comeback (Game Soon, Promise)
While you wait a few more days for the Rockin' Kats episode and subsequent return of 2 Dudes and a NES proper, here is a quick episode for Michael and Justin to get back into the swing of things.

Adventures of Lolo
We have Matt Hughson on to talk about Adventures of Lolo as well as his new game Witch n' Wiz!
You can check out Witch n' Wiz here:

Vice: Project Doom
"2 Dudes and a NES" is the latest podcast to hit the streets. It's neon green, lethal, and dropping its listeners like flies.
You're Vice officer Quinn Hart, a no-non-sense sledgehammer of a brother. You pack a vicious .44, crushing grenades, and a lightning fast laser whip that gives you an edge over anything on two feet. Your mission: take down the big boss of this operation.
It ain't easy... you've got an army of assassins (Ryan and Robbie) just waiting to take you for a ride - a LONG ride. You'll battle in dark alleyways of Chinatown, on the highways, and through steamy jungles. Ultimately, you'll have to seek and destroy the vender of the green elixir!
Hint: it's the book Q is for Quarantine N is for Nintendo : Surviving Coronavirus and the Spring of 2020 bit by bitBrought to you by the Bit Brothers Network

Season 9 Knock the Dust Off Episode
After a 3 month hiatus the 2 Dudes are back and they aren't talking about an NES game. OMG! What are these guys doing? Well they are knocking the rust off and getting the fluff talk out of the way before bringing on some special guests to talk about Vice Project Doom in the next episode. So sit back, relax, and enjoy some random chatter (along with a little "guess that game" talk)... or don't.

Back to the Future
You are Marty McFly, just a typical brother listening to the 2 Dudes and a NES podcast. But after getting behind the wheel of a nuclear-powered sports car turned time machine, you find yourself in the year 1955 where you accidentally tampered with history. Now it must be corrected. You must somehow make sure that Brother Stew falls in love with the NES before the 2 Dudes and a NES podcast fades away and you're left with nothing to listen to.
It won't be easy. You'll have to protect Stew from Nick Stephens and Aaron Hickman of the Genesis Gems podcast while doing your best to keep them from beating you up instead. To complicate things, Aaron has a crush on you, so you'll have to dodge his advances while trying to figure out a way to get Nick to call in about his top 10 games of all time. Time is wasting and even if you manage to put all of the pieces in place, there is still no guarantee that you'll ever get back. It will all come down to one brief moment in time when the past, present, and future all meet.

Gauntlet II
The arcade megahit comes to the NES and the 2 Dudes and a NES podcast! Michael and Justin experience all the genuine arcade action, including the original digitized sound and spellbinding graphics. And Brother Aiden experiences every one of the over 100 arcade mazes complete with all the sorcerous secret rooms, traps, monster generators, transporters, force fields, and villains - it's all straight from the arcades, and it's all here.
And like the arcade game, up to four Brothers can join the Dudes in action at any time with Nintendo NES Satellite Transmitter or Four Score. This Gauntlet you won't want to lay down!

Captain Skyhawk
No one noticed when they launched. And now it might be too late to stop them! In remote corners of the globe, Genesis Gem invaders are draining Earth's energy and "feeding" it to their space station. When the power drain is complete, the Genesis Gems plan to vaporize 2 Dudes and a NES with a deadly laser blast.
You, dear listener, are Captain Skyhawk - the only person who can stop them!
Climb aboard your hi-tech F-14VTS jet - fully equipped with the latest in deadly weapons! A unique spy satellite viewer lets you see your entire plane as you battle the Genesis Gems forces over amazing gridscape graphics! Whether you're soaring over the mountains at Mach 3 with Justin, or floating in hover mode with Michael, your F-14VTS will measure up to any challenge!
When you run out of firepower, just rocket up to your space station and Michael's Wifey will load you up with Phoenix missiles, Hawk bombs, and more!
The final challenge is still to come! You must destroy the dreaded Genesis Gems podcast. Fire up your afterburners, Brother! It's time to fry some Gems!

Pirates!
Modern warfare is no match for the fierce realism of Steven Michael and Aaron. Aye, matey! That's why plundering and pillaging are back in style, as you command the role of a high seas high-jacker. Either an English Buccaneer (Michael), Dutch Adventurer (Justin), Spanish Renegade (Aaron), or French Explorer (Steven Michael), each with a different skill level and strategic impact.
As a swashbuckling Bit Brother, you'll barter with Aaron, trade for hidden treasure maps, negotiate with an unscrupulous Steven Michael and forge alliances with Justin who'd just as soon stab you in the back than float you a loan for new ships. But that's only half the battle! You'll also assault other game systems (Sega Genesis), sword fight with Michael, lay siege to CRT TVs, and fire your cannons broadside at an armada of rival podcasts.
Arrrg, me swabby! Don't think it's all fun and destruction. Because if your bloodthirsty crew isn't kept happy boarding and burning enemy vessels, or if your navigation skills leave them shipwrecked on a jagged Caribbean reef, they won't think twice about using you for shark bait. Fortunately, if events do take a nasty turn, you can save the statistical loot you've captured and return with a vengeance on another day.
So keep your eye (the one that doesn't have a patch over it!) on your ultimate objectives - power, fame, prestige, gold, land, and the hand of a beautiful maiden - and you'll find the sailing smooth and your "red beard" scraggly!

Catchup with Steven Michael from Facebook
Psych! You thought this was going to be the Pirates! episode didn't you? Well, we did too. Unfortunately, most everyone couldn't make it on this episode. However, Steven and Michael had already sat down so they figured it might as well serve as a chance to catchup and talk games and life anyway.
Look forward to several topics including: PS5, wild birds, therapy sessions about obsessing over side quests in games, $GME, and and a lot more!

Yoshi's Cookie
Michael and Justin are filling in at the Cookie Factory, and they need your help! Fresh baked cookies roll out of the ovens. It's up to Michael to sort and stack 'em before they pile too high!
Line up a row of the same kind of cookies either vertically or horizontally, and they vanish! Clear the screen to move on to a new level of cookie chaos. Matt Raithel of Graphite Labs appears from time to time to stir things up. Play for high score, or head-to-head against a fellow Bit Brother. The mouth-watering madness doesn't let up!
And be sure to keep some cookies close by, 'cause you'll get the munchies during this lip-smacking good time!

Faria: A World of Mystery and Danger!
Justin is ready for mind-blowing action... Michael is prepared to test himself against the most fearsome forces of evil... Power Trip Gaming... It's time to enter the world of FARIA!
The Dudes slash their way through a relentless onslaught of bloodthirsty Power Trip Gaming Bros! Challenge a cruel and cunning Andy with their magic and their wits!
Paul has been kidnapped by a fiendishly powerful Andy for his bride. The Bit Brothers and Dudes are all powerless to rescue him... And now Justin and Michael have come from a distant land to answer the call for help!
FARIA is action-adventuring fun for the entire Bit Brothers community, featuring:
- Feverish battle against every monster ever imagined!
- Challenging gameplay for even the most experineced brother!
- Over 70 different items to acquire, from powerful weapons to spectacular magical powers!
- Adventurer's Guide included!

Wall Street Kid
Where life, love and money all depend on how well you play the game.
Justin can make billions of dollars when he deals with the giants of Wall Street, the Bit Brothers community. Not only does Justin take risks by playing the stock market and buying up GameStop stonk, but he must prove that he can uphold a high standard of living.
Michael dreams of fame and fortune and this Life Simulation game is his way to the top. He can taste the victory of success, but only if he is strong enough to face the challenge of life, and buys up all the GameStop stonk.
Now, are you ready to deal? YOLO, buy some tendies.

Adventure Island
Michael just found out that Justin was kidnapped by Brother Tyler and taken to Adventure Island in the South Pacific.
Michael lands on Adventure Island without weapons or food. The island is thick with tropical forest, mountains, and caves. Hidden on the island are his skateboard, axe, food, and other helpful tools you must find by exploring the island.
Michael better find the weapons and food quickly because he will need them to fight Brother Tyler's spiders, snakes, bats, and demons. Brother Tyler has set lots of traps for Michael before he can face him one on one. Is Michael up for the challenge?! Can he live through Adventure Island to save Justin?!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project
COWABUNGA, IT'S A FIRST! VACATIONING 2 DUDES TAKE ON THE ULTIMATE TOURIST TRAP!
Surf's up, dude! The 2 Dudes and a NES and the Turtle Flakes podcast make a little getaway to the Sunshine State. Until the Genesis Gems make a major getaway with the entire island of Manhattan! Their power hungry plot gets even more bogus when Brother Tim McGowan becomes part of the heist. What a relaxing vacation. Not! Those mondo Dudes must make waves to get back home to save the podcast and Manhattan, and send the Genesis Gems on a one way trip to geeksville.
- The hippest in new dude travel, featuring jet powered surfboards, a blimp, and a spaceship to whisk you through 1.5 awesome hours of podcasting.
- Genesis Gems will show you all kinds of sinister new sights including Typhoon Tidal Pool, Baron Von Spleen's Battle Barge, and a never-before-seen tour of Manhattan's most wicked haunts.
- Bodacious new turbo attack moves! Michael has the cyclone sword spin to send enemies flying. Rob charges headfirst with his tubular power drill attack. The kangaroo kick is Justin's radical new specialty. And Josh is like a mutant bowling ball with his knockout roll.
- The germs got a few moves of their own, inflicted by a slew of slugs like Leatherhead, Rahzar, Groundchuck and Tokka.
So unless you want the Genesis Gems to ninja kick sand in your face and make off with Brother Tim and your hometown, you better get busy. Squashing him once and for all will be no holiday.
Featuring simultaneous play for two players, or play against the NES

Mighty Final Fight
The dudes are joined by developer Matt Hughson (@matthughson) to talk about Matt's game, From Below, as well as Mighty Final Fight. What do Matt and the Dudes think about what is essentially a demake of the arcade hit Final Fight? Tune in to find out.
And be sure to check out From Below here:

Goonies II
We are finally back to talking about games and according to Dude Andy, this one is a guaranteed good game. Now, is it a good podcast? We'll let you decide. This episode we are talking about the Goonies II.

Not Goonies II
So we go on another hiatus and comeback with an episode that IS NOT about the game we promised. We're the worst. However, we promise this is a quality episode about a variety of topics including:
- COVID-19
- College Football
- Donkey Kong Country
- Tony Hawk Pro Skater
- Tony Hawk's Twitter Account
- Super Mario 64 (L is Real)
- Apple Antitrust
- Roblox
- Spotify vs. Apple Music
- Camping/Vacationing with Kids
- Beach Trips as an Adult
- Metallica
Hopefully somewhere in there you can find something to listen to while we prepare a Goonies II episode. Thank you guys for sticking around "during these trying times."

Tecmo Super Bowl
Here it is. We discuss arguably the greatest sports game of all time thanks to a Patreon Pick from Tyler! We don't want to hear it if we didn't discuss it to your liking, we pulled out all stops on this one: two hours long, Namo Gamo on as guests, the word poop on at least four occasions, throwback to #SweetFeed. This episode is a winner.
Be sure to check out Namo Gamo's game Basketball Classics on Steam. It truly is what Tecmo Super Bowl would be if it was a basketball game.

Stanley: The Search for Dr. Livingston
The dudes are joined by JZNES on this classic style episode: only about 10 minutes of tangents at the start, a quiz game, plenty of game talk. So you guys are in for a real treat with this one.
If you want to hear more from JZNES, be sure and check out his YouTube channel here:
https://www.youtube.com/user/XBranchProductions
Also, you can support the Bit Brothers Network on our Patreon page here:

Kid Klown
Ain't no klowning around on this episode. Ah, who are we kidding? Skip 25 minutes in again if you want to get to game talk, but you'll miss out on a great "Ask Justin" segment.
If you enjoy this show and want to support it/see what else we offer (including an ad-free feed), check out our Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/bitbros

Adventures of Tom Sawyer
Another episode, another round of non-game talk. Skip to around 25 minutes if you want pure game talk, but there is a lot of good Michael and Justin nostalgia at the beginning if you're in the mood.
If you enjoy this show and want to support it/see what else we offer (including an ad-free feed), check out our Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/bitbros

Holy Diver
The Dudes discuss their first Japanese exclusive game! That is if you can get past the COVID-19 talk. Seriously, just skip to about 20 minutes into the podcast and ignore all that virus talk at the beginning.
What would a game named after the Dio album Holy Diver be like? Well for starters, it's Japanese only. For other crazy information and game discussion about this very "metal" game, tune in!
If you enjoy this show and want to support it/see what else we offer (including an ad-free feed), check out our Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/bitbros

Solomon's Key
The Dudes are back baby! It's been a long 6 months, but hopefully it was all worth the wait as Justin and Michael sit down to talk about Brother Andrew's Patreon Pick... Solomon's Key!

Castlevania II: Simon's Quest
Michael and Justin sit down to finish off the NES Castlevania games. Does this one stack up to Castlevania I and III? Tune in to find out.
P.S. If you aren't a fan of the band TOOL, skip to 10 minutes. There's quite the tangent at the beginning of the show.

Widget
Lots of tangent run alongside the game talk in this Patreon Pick about the somewhat rare NES game Widget. Tune in if you enjoy any of the following:
- Captain Planet
- Metallica and/or Tool
- Ornithology
- Gut health
- Widget (duh)
Told you we had lots of tangents.

Sky Shark
The Dudes cover a Patreon Pick from Brian Keating (thanks dude!) and boy is this a difficult one. Not a difficult podcast, but a difficult game. We must also apologize for the feet talk at the beginning of the episode. That was uncalled for; skip to 5 or so minutes in to avoid it.

Dr. Mario
Justin and Michael sit down for an episode about Dr. Mario! Dr. Mario is this month's Retro Gaming Monthly high score challenge. Be sure to head over to their Facebook group and participate.
If you enjoy this show and want to support it/see what else we offer (including an ad-free feed), check out our Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/bitbros

Introducing Bit Brothers
Tune in to hear a little bit about what we are planning with the NEW Bit Brothers Network!

Small World - Power Trip Gaming & Dude Vanderhoef
What happens when the 2 Dudes and a NES podcast helps bring together a group of Wisconsinites (cheeseheads?) IRL? Well, we record a podcast about it and brag that we are peace bearers and the #1 harmony podcast. Just kidding, listen to this episode to hear about how Power Trip Gaming got started and how Dude Vanderhoef found a couple of fellows close to home partially through our podcast.

Special Announcement 2019
Listen in for a special announcement regarding the podcast in 2019.

Xexyz
A very Dude Bag episode! First Dude Bag tells us a story about WWI, then we cover his Patreon Pick, Xexyz! Oh and he's our only true voicemail for this episode. We probably should've just called this episode The Dude Bag Special.

Clash at Demonhead
The Dudes are joined by Dude Hickman of the Genesis Germs (why!?) to discuss the often overlooked (in it's day) and arguably underrated game... Clash at Demonhead!

Darkwing Duck
The Dudes are joined by Steven Michael yet again to talk about the Retro Gaming Monthly game for February... Darkwing Duck!

Gargoyle's Quest II
The Dudes are joined by the guys from Power Trip Gaming to talk about Gargoyle's Quest II. Can Paul finally bring a quality game to the table for discussion?
