But we see this is where the future is headed and who else to help us better understand this than someone who has been through the highs, lows, and insanity of it all.

From mental health to physical health, and that too with the best in business!

This week on the podcast with me is the personal nutritionist to the who’s who of the Indian film and sports industry – Mr. Ryan Fernando. Ryan is the personal nutritionist to Virat Kohli, Aamir Khan, Robin Uthappa, Fardeen Khan, and many others and their results are out there for all of us to see. Ryan founded his own company, Qua Nutrition- which focuses on nutrition and tailoring the meal plans to each client’s bespoke needs and requirements.

A conversation I was anxious about having given my minimal knowledge in this space, but Ryan makes it all sound so easy and seamless and definitely worth trying! We enjoyed having this conversation, and as is always on my podcast, it’s much more than nutrition plans and diets!

In my attempt to unravel and understand more about mental health and wellness, I reached out to speak to Dr Saliha, CEO and Founder of Lighthouse Arabia in Dubai, UAE’s leading mental health and wellness clinic.

We had this amazing conversation about mental health- how different people deal with it, how we deal with it as parents, peer pressure, societal expectations, and so much more. Trust me when I say I could have gone on and on talking to her to understand more about self-love and care and decipher the different phases of life.
