#TT AI, Oh My! The Future of Hiring with AI
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in the hiring process to streamline and optimize candidate selection. You have tools for resume screening software, which can quickly sort through thousands of resumes and identify the most qualified candidates based on specific job requirements. Another tool is a virtual interview platform which uses machine learning algorithms to analyze facial expressions and voice patterns to evaluate a candidate's communication skills and cultural fit.
Is it the future? Or do we loose human touch and go back in time?
Regardless of the opinions, these tools can save recruiters and hiring managers loads of time and resources, and also help to reduce bias in the hiring process.
For this Talking Talent we brought experienced professionals to talk about how they implement AI in their hiring process, positive and negative points on implementing it, which tools they use, challenges and how it impacts their candidate experience and employer branding.
Our guest panelists:
✅ Florian Feltes, Co-Founder Zortify
✅ Martin Janse van Rensburg, Head of People at Prisma
✅ Anna Ott, VP People at HV Capital

The hiring freezes and mass layoffs show thorough headcount planning is more important then ever.
How many people should we hire? Can we do a workload audit? Which functions grow or do we keep as it is? These are all questions we need to ask planning ahead.
With this Talking Talent podcast "Don’t Lose Your Head(count): Slow Hiring in 2023 " you can learn from the experiences of our guests about how to do effective headcount planning according to business needs!

#TT Lead Through The Lens: Leadership in a Remote-First Environment | Talking Talent with leaders from: Divido, Resourcify, Companiions, Camunda
Pre-pandemic, remote work was more the exception than the rule. Now it feels like we are all remote first warriors.
At this stage of the remote revolution, entire companies have been created and individuals hired with no face-to-face contact. While teams have mostly adapted well to this new reality, in our post pandemic hybrid world, questions are now being asked about the optimum way forward.
This event will examine leadership through the lens of remote work. We will look at the challenges and changes leaders have had to face, the pivots they have made in their leadership style, and the strategies required to effectively lead and engage a remote/hybrid team.
We've invited 4 leaders with different perspectives on this subject:
✅ Andy Buck, VP Brand and Creative at Camunda
✅ Lisa Robinson, Founder and CEO at Companiions
✅ James Weller, VP of People at Divido
✅ Valerie Wiederkehr-Prundianu, VP of People at Resourcify

#TT The Hiring Hunger Games: Recruiters as Influencers | Talking Talent with guests from Trengo, Before You Apply and Levity
When a recruiter reaches out to a candidate, the first thing that the candidate sees is the recruiter’s profile. Take a moment and consider what impression they will take away.
Recruitment and employer branding goes hand in hand. Often, when we think of marketing and social media content the common belief is that this falls under the responsibility of the company or a marketing team but employer branding is something we as recruiters should all have in our recruitment skillset.
Have you stopped to think about how that impacts your recruitment results?
At this podcast we will be discussing this and much more with:
✅ Gonçalo Sequeira, Talent Aquisition Manager at Trengo
✅ Nate Guggia, Co-founder at Before You Apply
✅ Suzanne Chileshe, People and Recruiting Lead at Levity

#TT Smart Talent Pipelines: Make Your Sourcing Data-Driven with Andre Jank, Balazs Paroczay and Jasmin Blum
How can we make sourcing more cost- and time-effective?
Many recruiters don’t like sourcing due to its repetitive and manual processes, but as the saying goes, well begun is half done.
Doing sourcing correctly, means full pipelines. A strong start can be used strategically to empower Talent teams to bring onboard the right talent.
Using data in sourcing can help the talent teams with:
✅ Time-saving: be more efficient in the way you source
✅ Access to Talent: mapping out where talent is positioned (e.g. location, companies)
✅ Stakeholder Management: make stakeholders understand what is possible
