Proverbs 24:5 says A wise man is strong, and a man of knowledge increases power. Adesewa in this episode shows you how important knowledge is in this dispensation and how you can become a compelling and significant voice in your field by getting the needed knowledge. In this episode you will also learn how to close this gap and rise to power for Kingdom.

Doing Hard Things - Lesson From My Dad
Sometimes how you know you are in a different season is that you have new projects that are hard to do. Never-been-seen-before concepts and ideas are being birthed. In this episode, I share lessons I learnt from my Dad in doing hard things and my favorite is closing your knowledge gap.

Doing Hard Things
Are you in a season of your life where you think God is giving you yet another hard assignment? I mean, how do you always get the one that seems a tad more difficult? Maybe this assignment will require you to go in hiding or stand on the rooftop, neither of which is convenient for you but you're saying, how can I embrace this new season without sabotaging myself or playing below God's expected standard for me? How do you get to do this thing that seems like a new terrain and a different approach? Then this episode is for you.

Rest Is A Part Of The Package
Good health within the visionary community in this dispensation is underrated. Everyone wants to be the one showing up without knowing when to rest, recalibrate and remind themselves that this journey is about being more than it is about doing.

An Undeniable Truth
If people don't seem to accept or respond to the value your work or ministry provides, this podcast will take you from that place to how you can become an irrefutable visionary. Listen and don't forget to leave a comment.

You Make The Difference
You make the difference not because you are bright or brilliant, not because you have passions and connections. There is a formula to leading through real difference-making, and hitting your targets right. There is a way to measure if you are producing eternal values indeed. Join me on today's podcast and learn how God wants us to show up doing the things He has committed into our hands to do in this era.

Creators Functionality
This is the las episode in the Creators Series and in it I share the story of another defying character in the Scriptures and show you how creators must function for legacy and sustainance.

Defying Nature: The Creators' Command
Until we see the physical representation of the picture of possibilities we have seen in our minds, Creators have the capacity through words to defy every form of obstacle that could stand in their way. We are empowered with and by words. We must have audacious faith to ask for the big and seemingly impossible things just as I share from the life of my example in this episode.
Learn what you must do to get the result divinely designed for you in your work/walk.

Courage for Crazy
What they call crazy, God calls Creative. On the journey of being a creator, many will call you crazy for their own personal or professional reason. Not because you're crazy, and mostly because your terrain is different, but you know what? Courage is how you make crazy become the solution the world needs. Listen to this episode especially if you are looking for some encouragement doing what God has called you to do.

The Creator's Toolkit

Vacancy! Creators Needed
The search for creators did not begin with our generation. Every time a crisis occured throughout scripture, God called out creators and we see them birth things that had never been executed by their generations before. While I can give you a list of names, one story intrigues me the most as it relates to the call to create or Co create with God to establish His kingdom on earth and our typical as well as expected response as humans.
In today's episode I want to tell-show you the reality of our call to create, the enemy we must wage war against, the question we might need answers to and our ultimate response to deliver on destiny.
The call to create is an announcement of the anointing of favour on your life You will feel afraid but you are not to yield to fear Your weapon for creating is joy. Intentionally configure your environment with it. It must come from the inside out Bask in the reality of God’s love for you ‘cause you’ll feel not enough many times Creating is a gift. A wonderful gift. It is a capacity, a special aptitude, ability, talent and power you are endowed with. Don’t waste it on what you fear You can’t create outside of the realms of spiritual intelligence to the degree that is expected. It is beyond book brilliance The call to create is a call to walk and birth the impossibleThis is your chance to BE, BLOOM & BLOSSOM

This is a 15 Day challenge for MINISTRY LEADERS, CHRISTIAN CREATIVES & CHURCH COMMUNICATORS. In this podcast series, you'll learn how to posture for legacy influence and build powerfully in purpose.
No matter the number of those you reach in your calling, it is important to know your inner core and begin to train and prepare them to be better replacement, should anything occur and you are unable to show up. Jesus, the wisest leader of all time, was not carried away by the crowd, but understood that He was only present for a short while. This made him tell His disciples at most points that He would not be with them for long. Practically putting them through trainings and teachings that would sustain them after He was gone.
Let us become good stewards of our leadership and influence responsibility by creating systems of consistency within the work we do.

Lead Like Jesus: Complete Compassion
This is a 15 Day challenge for MINISTRY LEADERS, CHRISTIAN CREATIVES & CHURCH COMMUNICATORS. In this podcast series, you'll learn how to posture for legacy influence and build powerfully in purpose.
For Jesus, leadership and influence was not showbiz. It wasn;t to show He had powers, but on most days He completed the compassion cycle to meet their personal needs. He did this also at the sermon on the mount, as He gave spiritual food, He nourished them ohysically. We must work hard to create a balance with our leadership.

Lead Like Jesus: Leave Your Home
This is a 15 Day challenge for MINISTRY LEADERS, CHRISTIAN CREATIVES & CHURCH COMMUNICATORS. In this podcast series, you'll learn how to posture for legacy influence and build powerfully in purpose.
When God calls us to leadership and influence, He calls us to a maximised opportunity - to deliver the best of us in Him to our world. To be able to do this, we must leave our comfortable palaces and break the deceit of complacency.
Jesus could not do much in Nazareth because of the perception of the people at home. Sometimes, your most favourite people can't see beyond the you they know, you will have to exit home to bring in God's harvest. Are you ready to go big or go home?

KingdomVerse: How Facebook's Name Change Can Position The Church For Great Harvest
A few days ago, Mark Zuckerberg announced the transition of their company, Facebook to Metaverse. The purpose of this transition and name change is because the company believes there is more that humans can experience when it comes to connecting with each other. When we started to interact from different places, it began with voice calls and text messages. And then came the rise of smartphones and we transitioned into instant messaging, photos, and now videos. So the development of this new ‘universe’ Facebook is co-creating with other developers and technologists called Meta is set to create an even more realistic connection experience. Meaning, from the comfort of your space, with the use of technologies like hologram, you can be present at your office meetings, board rooms, church services and experience what those present in the room physically are experiencing.
As I watched the visual representation of this evolving technology, I was excited. Excited first at the possibilities that are available if we can just imagine. As I thought about what this major transition for Mark’s company is, I began to think of how this affects or influences the social presence of Churches and other Faith-based ventures. The biggest question for me was, “How can we leverage this technological transition so the Church can reach more people?”
In this podcast I’m going to highlight the things that became glaring to me through Facebook’s transition story, how it affects us and what we can do to be better for the Kingdom.

Bankrupt On Purpose
When God is calling you to step up higher in your walk and calling with Him, He'll require you to quit the thing that could become your back up when you begin to feel like the new thing is not working.
We are on a journey of faith. Being a creative or creator is a faith walk and you can't rely or focus on what could be while forfeiting what is The Future.
1. Stop playing it safe with God's calling on your life.
2. Own your message and stop trying to compose content for earthly validations
3. Step out of what makes you earthly convenient but eternally irrelevant.
4. If what you do is not ministry, then you're still within the back up arena. God has not called you to back up. Your life is not even a back up plan. Stop settling.
Your work is ministry. Your ministry is work.
In this episode, you'll learn how to keep depositing in your bank of purpose so you don't go bankrupt.

No Options
If you are in a place where you are either struggling to surrender to a new season or assignment, or you are in a place where God is stretching you, this podcast episode will help put a name to what you are feeling and carefully navigate you through what could be so that you are empowered to make a purposeful decision to TRUST your journey with God.

Stop Doing, Start Asking
Any time you are building anything, the first, and often most difficult part is starting it. However, when you now find the courage, help, will, or resource to finally start, it becomes easy to explore this new assignment, project, platform, relationship with excitement and enthusiasm.
Then you get stuck in the middle.
Have you ever tried to do anything, thinking you had it all figured out until you got stuck somewhere in the middle. Learn 3 things I do when I get stuck.

Kill Comparison
Every time people think they are not doing enough, chances are they are comparing themselves with someone who is doing something similar to what they are doing or who they think they can become. No matter how politically correct admiration is, comparison is the one thing that can make anyone loose their speed and essence in doing significant work or delivering eternal results. In this episode, you'll learn from 2 major influencers in scripture and how you can be content with your calling to be the best you've been made to be.

Fame Has A Formula: A Signature Framework Of Corporate Church Communications
What if I told you, I know how you can become famous without you seeking it.
Dictionary defines fame as - the state of being known or talked about by many people, especially on account of notable achievements.
And while I know that this is what many people crave, I also know that it has put many in trouble because it became the object of their passion. BUt you see, fame is not just an art, a coincidence as some have stumbled on it. It is very scientific - following a set of steps that leads you there.
At Corporate Church Consulting, we call this the THE M1928 APPROACH of becoming famous. And it is the healthiest formula for being famous from Mark 1:9-28 because you don’t try to be famous.
It just happens once you know the key performance players.

SafeConvenience
Complacent
Self-sufficient
Selfish
God has had something better in mind for us from the beginning of this world. Everyday I wake up realising deeper and deeper that we have been called to live better, do better, work better and be better. That the essence of our lives is beyond just waking up, doing work, earning money as a stereotyped cycle of existence. That there is a higher life and higher call to where we are in our lives today.
