Tetsuo opens the inner container and discovers all that's left of Akira is a set of organs preserved in jars. With Travis Bow.

Akira minute 91 - An Egg in Smoking Wreckage
The Akira storage chamber rises from the ground and falls to pieces. Kei is thrown from the wreckage. Tetsuo walks out of the clearing smoke to the inner container in the middle of the rubble. With Travis Bow.

Miyako and members of her Akira cult join the protesters on the bridge behind Tetsuo, facing off against the military. A squad of soldiers with laser rifles fire at Tetsuo and into the crowd. With Elwood Jones.

Akira minute 84 - Memphis Style Static
The TV news is abruplty cut off. Kaori follows the crowd as they move toward the bridge. Kaneda gets on his bike and sets off to face Tetsuo alone. With Elwood Jones.

Akira minute 83 - Big Sale
Nezu stuffs his mouth with pills, but keels over and dies. Ryu slowly walks by him and slumps down to die while a crowd of protesters run past. Kaori stops to watch news of the coup on a tv in a shop window. With Elwood Jones.

The crowd hails Testsuo as Akira. Tetsuo destroys a tank. Nezu stumbles down an alley, drops his briefcase, and clutches his chest. With Elwood Jones.

Akira minute 81 - Chaos Simulator
Tetsuo emerges from the flames of a helicopter crash, dons a makeshift cape, and stops a tank shell fired at him. With Elwood Jones.

Akira minute 80 - I Thought We Were Spooning
Nezu has murdered his staff. Ryu unexpectedly appears in his office, and Nezu shoots him. A helicopter flies low over the street a few blocks from barricaded traffic. With Austin Prior and Danny Greene-Quish.

Akira minute 79 - The Busker Wars
Kaneda curses at Kiyoko for using his friends. Nezu learns of the coup and prepares to flee. With Austin Prior and Danny Greene-Quish.

Kei and Takashi disappear. Kiyoko telepathically explains the situation to Kaneda. With Austin Prior and Danny Greene-Quish.

Akira minute 77 - Gentleman Idiot
Kaneda crashes Yamagata's motorcycle into a wall as a tribute to his dead friend. Takashi appears in the middle of a nearby culvert, and Kei begins walking across the water toward him. With Austin Prior and Danny Greene-Quish.

Kai runs into Kaneda and Kei near Harukiya. He tells them that Tetsuo killed Yamagata. With Austin Prior and Danny Greene-Quish.

Kei tells Kaneda her relationship with Ryu is none of his business. Tanks roll through the early morning streets of Neo-Tokyo. A special search team is examining the bar Harukiya. With Geoff Clarke and Lauren Petronaci.

Akira minute 74 - Keanus Reeve
As Kei finishes her explanation of Akira's power, it becomes clear she is being posessed by Kiyoko. Suddenly the door to their cell unlocks. Kaneda and Kei start walking through the building. Kaneda asks about Kei's relationship with Ryu. With Lauren Petronaci and Geoff Clarke.

Kei's explanation of the energy inherent in all living things goes over Kaneda's head. With Geoff Clarke and Lauren Petronaci.

Akira minute 70 - Yet Another
Inflation has hit Harukiya due to supply chain issues. Yamagata and Kai arrive at the bar to find the barkeep dead, and Tetsuo laughing creepily atop a pile of debris. With Norman Mitchell.

Colonel Shikishima declares a state of emergency, orders the arrest of all members of the executive council, and takes off in pursuit of Tetsuo, who, meanwhile, enters the bar Harukiya and asks the proprietor for drugs. With Norman Mitchell.

Akira minute 68 - Puffy Balloon
As Colonel Shikishima prepares to pursue Tetsuo, he is interrupted by an agent of the Supreme Executive Council sent to arrest him. The Colonel, however, does not submit to arrest. With Norman Mitchell.

Akira minute 67 - Looky Looky
Colonel Shikishima learns of Tetsuo's escape, and prepares to pursue him. Kei recognizes Kiyoko as the one who controlled her to give directions to Kaneda. With Norman Mitchell.

After learning Akira's location, Tetsuo tests out a new power - teleportation. With Norman Mitchell.

Akira minute 65 - It's All Moderate
Tetsuo tells Kaneda that he's the one that will do the rescuing from now on. More soldiers enter the baby room, and in repelling them Tetsuo breaks the glass in the room's ceiling. With Chris Frain.

A direct face off between Tetsuo and the combined powers of Takashi and Masaru is interrupted by Colonel Shikishima. With Chris Frain.

Akira minute 60 - Psychic Eyeshadow
Masaru and Takashi fight off Tetsuo long enough to retreat to Kiyoko's bed. Kiyoko connects telepathically with Kei to give Kaneda directions to the baby room. With David Forsythe and Todd Lucas.

Akira minute 59 - Kikoo
Tetsuo enters "the baby room." Takashi and Masaru confront him in their monster toy forms, but Tetsuo quickly demolishes those. With Todd Lucas and David Forsythe.

Akira minute 58 - Sumptuous Smoke
Kaneda and Kei listen to a radio report about Tetsuo's movements. Army guards cannot stop Tetsuo from moving down the corridor toward "the baby room". With David Forsythe and Todd Lucas.

Akira minute 57 - Mouth Shot
Kaneda commandeers a hover bike and grabs Kei, and together they escape the side tunnel and enter the central wiring shaft. With Todd Lucas and David Forsythe.

Akira minute 56 - Neo Tokyo Drift
Kei shoots down the attacking hover bike with Shimazaki's gun. When a second hover bike appears, Kaneda jumps on it, knocking off the pilot. With David Forsythe and Todd Lucas.

The revolutionary cell exchanges gunfire with a patrolling hover bike. With Cam Siemer.

Tetsuo kills a doctor and two guards with his telekinetic powers. Kaneda and the gang of revolutionaries enter the sewer on their way deeper into the hospital complex. With Cam Siemer.

Tetsuo takes a mental journey through several corridors to the door of "A" Room. A doctor discovers that Tetsuo's door is open, and he scolds Tetsuo for leaving his room. With Cam Siemer.

Akira minute 52 - Psychic Milk
Masaru, Kiyoko and Takashi overwhelm Tetsuo with a deluge of milk. He uses his powers to push back, which breaks the window of his room. He then steps on a glass and cuts his foot, which scares the children away. With Cam Siemer.

The resistance cell members walk through the security gates into the government facility. Small toys crawl up onto Tetsuo's bed. With Kevin Young.

Tetsuo drinks some water and finds a teddy bear in his bed. The resistance cell talks their way past security. With Kevin Young.

The council tells Colonel Shikishima he is to be put before an inquiry committee, and he abruptly leaves the meeting. Tetsuo tosses and turns in his hospital bed. With Kevin Young.
