Are Cold Showers and Sea Swimming Helping or Harming Your Training?
Cold water therapy or immersion is something so many people, including myself are into right now, but what does it really help with? I've explored a huge range of information on the topic as well as consulted my own personal experiences, and it's really interesting to see how things compare. What are your experiences with cold therapy? leave a a voice note with your thoughts!

Andy Tsang: Building Relationships, Never Settling Down and Thinking for Yourself

(I Think) The Nature of Motivation is Changing, But What Can We Do About It?
The world has changed a lot in recent years, but we've had no help to deal with it. This year especially, we're seeing record lows in motivation levels across the board. I think I have some ideas on where it's come from and how we can deal with it moving forwards.

Thank you!/Season 2 Plans & Preview
This is the 10th episode of season 1 of the All-Strong Podcast, and while it's not a topical one, it's one that thanks you for your support and lets you know just how much is waiting for you in season 2. There's a ton of material still to cover, but I'd be doing a disservice if I didn't secure some guests to talk about them on the show alongside me. I'm really excited to get into all the topics you've suggested, and in case there are any on the list that don't cover your questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch and let me know what they are! Thanks so much for your support so far; I can't wait to bring you more in the next batch of episodes!

How Do I Keep on Top of My Recovery?
Recovery! A huge topic, and one that's essential for EVERYONE to learn about. What is it? What does it look like? What does it involve? I'm breaking it all down for you today while we line up guests for the next few episodes, so hopefully it's a good one to fill the gap with!

Why Does Everyone Need to Be Stronger?
This week it's another question from me while I think about getting together with some guests for questions that have been asked over the past while. We're talking strength training as always, but more specifically the benefits of strength training and why they're totally necessary for everyone, not just athletes. We're also touching on the basics of what you need to get stronger in the first place, and how many people try and avoid them, for whatever reason.
Got a question of your own? Send it my way!

How Do I Overcome Training Plateaus?
Fun fact: this episode is the first one I've managed in one(ish) take!
Anyway, we're talking about reaching training plateaus, and how you can overcome them with the use of stimuli and programming. Stuck in a rut and not making any progress? Listen along to find out what you can do. It's normal to hit plateaus in the gym, but dealing with them properly will make or break whether you come out the other side and keep getting better.
Any questions? Send them my way! ethan@all-strong.com/

What's Better, Heavy Weights or Light Weights?
We're going after a big one today! Not only that, we're also looking at some emerging science on the topic to completely change your perception of it at the same time!
Basically, rep ranges for muscle growth are changing, and the old repetition continuum is being thrown out of the window. If you're looking to train hypertrophy, then there's some new science on the block, and I'm here to explain it to you.
Oh, and if you want to get stronger? Nothing's changed. You still have to lift heavy. Sorry!

This week's discussion is based around using fitness to shape a good lifestyle, but we also talk about the importance of (GOOD) coaching and how professionals in every industry should be respected for their knowledge and ability to enhance your life.
