Anxiety can be a path to your Flow State. I say "can," because Scott and I realize this battle with anxiety is unique for everyone of us. We simply want to offer our perspectives.

So what is a Flow State?

A Flow State is place where you are indivisible, focused and locked in with what feels like little effort. You feel in balance with yourself and the energies around you. Your goals and mission have clarity.

Sounds great, right!

Why do I believe we can get there through anxiety? Because I believe anxiety is a communication system. I think it's trying to tell us something and if we can hear it then we can move closer to being in alignment with ourselves.

Easier said than done. I know! So let's dive in!
