Colleen O'Connell-Campbell, lead of O'Connell-Campbell Wealth Management at RBC Dominion Securities, was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley. She is a married mother of two young adults. Caring deeply about her community, she is actively involved in local causes highlighted by her involvement in mental health advocacy and fundraising.
Colleen embarked on her professional journey while still in University working the weekend shift, as a teller, beginning in 1994. Shortly after earning her B.Com. (Honours) from Carleton University in 1996, Colleen shifted into personal banking and then to a Financial Planning role. Within the following year, she began establishing her own clientele as Wealth Advisor.
Colleen specializes in building and strategizing financial plans that optimize how entrepreneurs, self-made millionaires, & wealthy families spend save and share their wealth. She publishes a weekly blog, is the host of "I’m a Millionaire, So Now What?" and speaks regularly as an expert in areas relating to wealth management and entrepreneurship.

She started her career in a government office in her native Estonia and, by her mid-20s, achieved a level of success mostly known to male politicians at the end of their careers. Robyn talks to Rachelle Ganesh Bain about her experience as a performer, dancer, fitness instructor and mom!
Rachelle has always been passionate about movement. Movement and teaching people to love how they move became a focus for her as she eventually became a professional performer, dance, and fitness instructor.
In recent years, while pregnant with her first child, Rachelle became certified as a pre/postnatal fitness specialist and is now passionate about working with women as they transition into motherhood. Rachelle is currently the Head Trainer of Soul Fuel Fitness in Toronto, where she instructs a variety of classes and clients and also develops programming and workshops for children, teens and Pre/Postnatal clientele. Along with auditioning and volunteering as a fitness coach for MoveCamp, she is now pregnant with her second child who is due to arrive earth side in September.

Robyn talks to Mallory Rowan about working while in school, launching a six-figure business and hitting burnout and then what she does now to take care of herself as an online entrepreneur.
When Mallory Rowan was 22, she built a global, multi-six-figure e-commerce business on a student budget. They were scaling incredible fast but then it happened: she burned out. She started losing her hair, getting unexplainable rashes all over her, and she didn't even notice she had pneumonia until a doctor heard her trying to catch a breath.
Now she helps entrepreneurs build without burnout: more specifically, she helps them skip the burnout entirely, work less but actually start earning more, and do it on their OWN terms.

AF 182: Our IUI Story and Fertility Resources
In this episode, I share details about our IUI procedure that led to the conception of twins. I share resources around working with a naturopath while working with a fertility clinic, the local Ottawa acupuncturist that I saw the month of the procedure, and how the day of the IUI went.

Emma George is a Registered Nurse and Holistic Nutritionist, with a special interest in reproductive health and fertility. Emma is extremely passionate about helping others get to know their body better as a way of achieving their reproductive health goals. She loves educating and inspiring change through her Instagram account, online courses, and coaching programs. She feels especially passionate about helping clients regulate and understand their natural menstrual cycle and the power of preconception health for optimizing fertility and pregnancy outcomes. She feels that we have the power to help shape the future generation by mindfully supporting the overall wellness and lifestyles of parents and their children, from well before birth and beyond.

AF 180: My Infertility to Fertility Journey
In this episode, I share what our infertility journey looked like for 2 years, testing, and what I did to be able to conceive twins in November of 2019. I share resources in terms of how to work with your family doctor, fertility clinic, naturopaths, and more.

AF 179: Fertility Naturopath & Mom of 2 Dr. Rachel Corradetti-Sargeant
Dr. Rachel Corradetti-Sargeant, ND was destined for a career in Naturopathic Medicine – she’s part total science nerd and part no-holds-barred health nut. During her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, she learned that conceiving would likely be a struggle. She worked with a naturopathic doctor to overcome these issues and it became clear to her that becoming a naturopathic doctor was her destiny.
She studied at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. She is licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a professional member of the Canadian and Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Doctors, as well as the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She is also licensed to prescribe a small schedule of pharmaceuticals granted to naturopathic doctors and intravenous infusion therapy.
With a special interest in fertility, she is passionate about empowering her patients to make healthy changes that help them conceive and maintain pregnancies.
When Dr. Corradetti-Sargeant is not seeing patients, she’s running triathlons, contributing to magazine articles (look for her in Clean Eating and Elle magazines), or making a giant mess in the kitchen whipping up the latest healthy desserts! She lives in Stoney Creek, Ontario with her husband and 2 children - both conceived with the assistance of preconception healthcare.

Meet Dr. Rachel, she’s a board-certified Naturopath. She was my Naturopath after my MS diagnosis and has been instrumental in my healing journey.
