My Cup Runneth Over
Life is unpredictable but despite that, you have to remain true to the reflection in the mirror. You have to do what you can live with and what is going to give you true happiness and freedom. Many folks can give advice but they can't truly give it if they haven't experienced it. I do these podcast for all the ones that battle with life adversities alone and are afraid of the judgement of others who live in the same glass house we live in. Mental Freedom can't happen until you free yourself.

WE DID IT
Democracy wins in America. Black women, we have carried everyone on our backs from the beginning of time. We made this election possible. I bow down to each of you. President to be Joe Biden and Vice President to be Kamala Harris ( This woman made history; this will be in all our history books we will never ever forget this moment, little girls are inspired) What we can do when we come together as one. POWERFUL
The Church, The State, and The Ego
It's time to have an honest conversation about Church, State, and Ego. Andrea is not holding back in this episode of "Our Mirror's Reflections" I am going to give you "The Truth Till it Hurts" the new name of my upcoming podcast show... stay tuned.
Respect Thy Neighbor
This is a candid episode about a behavior that needs to be addressed for many reasons; I am not sorry for stating the facts or my experiences. Sometimes I have to cover some topics that may be uncomfortable for others to address but I find it mandatory if we want to see change for the upcoming generations.
Voting, Voices, & Vigilence
Dinner chat with my family and the difference in my generation and my children's generation. Why it's important to have these open dialogues with our children. We don't always agree but what I am most proud of is our children is that they think on their own; they are well-read and beyond woke-they are willing do to the research themselves. It's one thing my husband and I did right, even if they don't share the exact mind set of ours; each generation should evolve.
What conversations are you having at your dinner table, with your children. It's the most important time of the day for the family to reconnect and communicate on many topics no subject is off limits.
We have all been through a life of caring how we are perceived by others; God knows when I was younger that's what I cared about. It comes a time where the only perception that matters is the reflection you see in the mirror; your truth, no matter how ugly or how beautiful seeing you in the raw. We as humans try our best to show the world our best when really the best gift we can gift ourselves is good-standing in our mental and physical health. At the end of the day, that's how we all learn and grow is by our imperfections and owning our accountability.
Tune in to this podcast and be open to exploring the raw side of you.
The Greatest Love of All
This title means more to me then I am willing to share at this moment. Once my book is released it will come around full circle. I haven't taped a podcast in so long I wanted to take this moment of chaos in 2020 to allow myself to uncover some things in myself and in my life that needed my full attention.
In this episode, I will show you the importance of sitting with the raw you not the one you gloss up in front of others. This is the only way to exploring situations that concerns you that causes to feel depressed or maybe resentful. How many of us are really ready to be vulnerable? In order to truly be free, we have to go to some uncharted territory and during this pandemic, I chose to read and dig deep.
Knowledge is power and it's so much information out there that you can gather on your own from researchers, statistics, therapists, doctors, and people who have shared in your similar journey. No matter what you are facing you can find answers, if truly want them... all you need to that do is the investigation and apply to your life a little a bit at a time.
What are you willing to do today to work towards your freedom? It's only a question you can answer.

Entrepreneurs- I know how scary this is for you; I am in the same boat as you. This is a time to revaluate where we are today and maybe for the next several months. Don't be afraid to shift things around doesn't mean you are throwing in the towel it just means we need to adjust a few things. Everyone is affected by adversity at some point and time in their lives. It's not the fall it's the rise.
Covid-19 Pt. 2
We are all going through including our children. Let's make sure we are supporting each other.
Everyone around the world is trying to process this reset.
Be Well 2020
So much going on in the USA & Abroad let's be compassionate, use our common sense and check our list of things that we need... not things we are obsessing over. Let's take one day at a time.
Do as I say not as I do
How many times do we say this and we know damn well it doesn't make sense. Lets talk on it.
For every major setback...
Appreciate were you come from so you can respect where you are going despite the setbacks. It's all a learning curve.
Break The Chains & Be the Change
Gayle King and the backlash of her actions & Snoop Dog response how "We are the worst" to our own. Does two wrongs make a right aren't we all mourning the death of all these lives that were taken so tragically. As a people as black people why do we find it so hard to stand as one and unite. The youth is watching how we handle adversity they are watching how we treat each other. The most disrespected human on this earth is BLACK WOMEN-Is this what our ancestors sacrificed their lives for. We should all be ashamed. It's time we as black people start having some authentic dialogs amongst ourselves. "It's time to break the chains and be the change" talk is cheap lets lead with action after we start having this much needed sit downs. This is not about money but about our legacy it's 2020.
As we all mourn the death Kobe Bryant and GiGi Bryant & and all of the other souls taking that day. Let this tragic story reminds us to live in the now because we never know when our clock is going to stop. This episode was very emotional to do but it's something I wanted to speak on. I am praying for all the families involved in this tragic accident & that our God will continue to cover them. Live, Laugh, and spread as much love as you can because it can all change in a blink of an eye.
A Personal Story
I believe the best lessons are the ones that brace us through hard difficult challenges we face during this journey called life; this was a tough lesson to learn but trust me it has layered me up for the next challenge. Beware of swindlers on social media they are live and ready... instead of judging take the lesson with grace.
Finances 2020- Are we moving different...let's talk on it.
In this episode Andrea reflects on the year 2019 and her worthiness for 2020. Only we can dictate our future- take the lessons and move forward. Do not let your talents and passions go to waste. Don't allow any human being dictate your worthiness besides the reflection in the Mirror. Dear 2020, I am claiming my worthiness, the question is will you?
The Opioid Epidemic
The Opioid epidemic is a crisis for many families and children. Everyone's backyard is being affected by this crisis. What are we doing as a nation to get this under control. We can't continue to pass the blame; this is an issue for all of us and it's time we all band together to fix it.
"Rebirth As a Sisterhood"

I call bullsh*t: Black Sisterhood
This episode sheds light on what black women face in their own tribes. In order for us to truly heal, trust, and become each other biggest supporters, we must address the elephant in the room.
"The Devil You Know"
We have two guests joining this week's episode where discuss the removal of Instagram likes, its potential effects on small businesses, influencers, and mental health. Our guests this week are Stephanie Rivera & Briana Williams.
"Parenting we all struggle at some point"
Parenting styles it's not one size fits all for any child; we must do what it takes to save each of our daughter's and son. One thing I know we must all share our manuscripts because it takes a village to raise these children and I mean a village. Don't ever think you have to do it all alone or you can do it alone. We must keep the lines of communication open by any means necessary.
Baby Mamma/Daddy Drama Child Support Issues
I have received many emails regarding this topic but one of my listeners had a very interesting dynamic that I wanted to discuss. Why it's important for us as parents to settled the score on our own and not in the courts. Who in the end suffers the most.
What legacy will we be leaving behind our name? It's something we all should be thinking about. As I get older it's something that's on my mind all the time- more now than ever.
"Separating The Wheat From The Tares"
Know your worth so you can follow your purpose. Stop worrying about the things you cannot change. Know your value.
