Domestic Violence & Sexual Violence in Higher Education

Domestic Violence & Sexual Violence in Higher Education

Hello Listeners,  Today we are talking to Adrienne Leinwand Maslin. She recently retired from a 45-year career in higher education administration. She is presently creating a TV/web-based series called She's Roxanne! The series will teach 9-12 year olds important life skills and social issues. The more familiar youngsters are with important social issues, the easier their transition to college and adulthood will be. You can get more information at www.shesroxanne.com.  Our focus today will be on picking safe schools, reporting sexual assault or domestic violence on campus and what the process is like, and how to return to school or change your educational path if trauma puts a pause in your education plans.
