My first job was as a part-time salesperson in London, the UK, on Oxford street.
Looking back now, I never knew retail would take me halfway around the world, and I would eventually lead 250 stores and over 2500 employees.

Post-COVID has put retailers at a huge vacancy rate, with lower applicants than ever before.
