·  To maintain adequate hydration with average activity, you should multiply your bodyweight by 0.50 for the minimum amount of ounces you should drink each day.

·  If you do strenuous activities, such as long-distance running or exercising in extreme heat, increase your water intake to:  0.65 multiplied by your body weight.

·  More than 1.5 gallons ingested in one hour can be dangerous.

·  Drinking more water will not cause you to retain water or fluids; the opposite is true.

We have been discussing all things Web 3.0 for the last couple of weeks and WOW what a week 3.0 has had.  Every few minutes dozens of stories hit the newswire centered on Web 3.0, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT, and various metaverses under development from leading companies like Meta (Facebook), Nvidia, Nike, Epic Games, and hundreds more.  It can get very confusing.

Web 1.0 was very flat file oriented with text and photos distributed in a linear manner mostly for informational or rudimentary commerce uses.

Web 2.0 introduced interactivity and non-linear distribution of information.  

Web 3.0 is the INTELLEIGENT, IMMERSIVE internet.  It is decentralized.  Open Source.  Blockchain.  Private.  Artificial Intelligence (AI).  Crypto.  NFTs.  All these and far more.

First, we have really come to understand that in the last few months, life has changed.  For three years politics and social injustice dominated the scene and was only knocked out of the majority news cycle by COVID and health matters.  Now, although politics keeps rolling along on flat tires, social injustice gets worse, the Pandemic rages on…the news cycle is suddenly dominated by CULTURE stories.  

#Metaverses #Crypto #NFTs  De-Fi, Bitcoin, DAOs dominate the news.  Those stories dominate finance, but are also attached to art, music, sports, literally everything.  Cannabis stories focused on health, legislation, plant genetics, a 70 billion dollar cash flow per year within this decade.  

Mushrooms!  Vaping and draconian government restrictions leading to a huge rise in teen tobacco smoking again (PACT ACT – Prevent All Cigarette Traffic).  Social Media and the destruction it brought to families, young adults, and children.  Social streaming, social commerce and the censorship and limitations forced on us by Amazon, Google, Yahoo, and others.  Personal Pronouns.  Cancels.  Our Culture needs a needs a voice, a helpful and educated LOUD one.  

LIFE IS ALL ABOUT CULTURE.  The millennials have won the publishing wars.  We thought it would be appropriate to rename our broadcast CANNABIS AND CULTURE:  AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE.
