Lycoming College Summer Stock presents Roald Dahl’s “Matilda the Musical” July 21-23rd on the Community Arts Center Stage!  Matilda the Musical is a story about a little girl who ‘eventually’ ends up being acknowledged for her brilliant mind and special skills. The Williamsport Crosscutters will host a fun “Night of Dominican Dining and Entertainment,” July 24th to raise funds for ACES North America, a non-profit which works to eliminate poverty in vulnerable areas like the Dominican Republic.  This week, Linell Stabler, President and Charter member of ACES, describes the work they’ve done to help several Dominican communities since 2005; through education, the arts, and community projects.  You’re also invited to get involved!

“ParkRun” is a weekly 5k that takes place at more than 2,000 locations in 22 countries across six continents. There is a local “ParkRun” at the Susquehanna River Walk in Williamsport every Saturday morning.
