About BBSB -
We are two business owners with two very different perspectives on building business, and the business behind that in order to achieve your goals. One of us built to sell, and will continue on the serial entrepreneur path, which means your focus and drive should include very particular tools and tips in order to achieve your goal. The other, is building a generational business, one that can go on long after she’s let go of the wheel. This type of business also requires very specific tools and platforms to achieve this goal. Both women have been successful in their own right, but in honesty - haven’t scratched the surface!

How to Create Value Pricing - What does that mean? Is it beneficial to you? And, how do you implement it in your business without upsetting your clientele!
#55. Today we'll be delving into the concept of value pricing! If you're a business owner or entrepreneur looking to maximize your profits and create lasting customer relationships, this episode is for you!
Many of us start our businesses with a cost-based pricing, which is ok, for some, at first, but then you’ll find your competitors are soaring faster to levels of success, you’ve not reached yet, or maybe you have but it’s been a chaotic topsy turvy ride you’re not sure your heart can handle much more of.
So, how do you create a level of value and respect for your products or service that don’t make you feel like you’re getting undercut or undercutting a client?
Take a dive into value pricing with Sevana and Tiffany on today's episode!

Employee Manuals and SOPs: Where to Start!
#46: Today we’re going to discuss employee manuals and SOPs: what are they, why are they so important, and where do you begin.
If your business has started hiring employees or even contractors you probably know how important an employee manual can be. Even if your business is just you and only you a procedures manual is also just as important. Writing a manual is much like creating a recipe. It’s constantly being updated, it needs to be perfect, because after all, it’s how to recreate your business with the heart you’ve given it.

Letting Go of Toxic Clients (Replay)
#36. Today, we have a replay...business and life got in the way of our recording schedule so we pulled out an episode that is an oldie but a goodie, as they say, and the perfect followup to our last episode about client who ghost you. This replay is of the 3rd episode that Sevana and I have ever worked on together. We were (and still are) two good friends with lots to say and share, while trying to figure out our equipment, our sound, and our technology as we embark into the world of podcasting.
In any case, this topic, like every topic, is something we feel strongly about as toxic clients can really weigh down the growth of a business and of the business owner. We'll be back with a new episode next time, so we hope you enjoy this replay in the meantime.
Oh, and if we haven't said it enough, THANK YOU for your continued support of our podcast!
- Tiffany

Simply our embrace new situation. Not like we have a lot of choice, but shifting our mindset to look for new ways of doing things instead of questioning why it’s not like the way it was before will open your mind to new idea and make it all feel a little less hard.
Take a good hard honest look at the kind of culture your company has and recognize the areas in which you need to change it. Everyone wants happiness in their life and considering they spend the majority of it working there should be happiness in the workplace as well.
