Janet Straightarrow of Be the Medicine

Janet Straightarrow of Be the Medicine

In line with my theme of healthy foods in January, I talked with Janet about the value of good nutrition.  We share a common "whole" approach in our work - nourish your mind and spirit as well as your body. Janet talks about how "whole" foods nourish our minds as well as our bodies.  I love how she emphasizes being curious, what works for you may not work for someone else.  As we say in Ayurveda, one size does not fit all.  If you would like to learn more about Janet, visit her website at www.bethemedicine.com

Enjoy the episode!
