Jennica shares the story of her first birth, where her little one waited until almost 43 weeks to make his appearance earthside, and how her experiences with prenatal yoga empowered her to have a positive birth experience where she felt calm and in charge while trusting her intuition to meet her needs and the needs of her baby. Since recording this episode, Jennica has given birth to her third child, a beautiful baby girl.

We will be diving deep with pregnancy, birth, and parenting professionals, to get you answers to common and not-so-common questions, and to help you connect with birth professionals across Southern California. We believe in the importance of having support, and one of the most common things we hear is "I didn't know this was an option," and "I didn't know who to reach out to." We want to fix that!
We are also going to be sharing YOUR BIRTH STORIES! As important as it is to connect with professionals in this field, it is equally important to connect with other birthing people! Hearing the birth stories of others who have traveled this path before, and share their insight, their love, and their acceptance has been extremely healing to me, and made me realize I wasn't alone.
