Named one of the greatest women's wrestlers ever, Kim has had quite a career. Spending time in WWE on two occasions, Kim really cut her teeth in the wrestling promotion, TNA, known as Impact Wrestling today.

In TNA, she became the first-ever TNA Women's Knockout Champion. She would go on to win the TNA Women's Championship 7 times total as well as hold the Knockouts Tag Team Championships one time with Madison Rayne.

In 2016, Impact Wrestling inducted Kim into the TNA Hall of Fame, the fifth person ever inducted and the only woman to be inducted.

Reuber, Shimer, and Penny look at Gail's match against Awesome Kong at Final Resolution 2008, one of the great matches in their legendary rivalry.

The trio covers Ron Simmons

Ron Simmons is a legend in the professional wrestling business. While he may not have gotten to the point where he was in Hollywood Blockbusters or rappers were writing songs about him, his place in wrestling history cannot be denied.

Simmons transitioned from football to wrestling in 1986, but it wasn’t until 1989 where Simmons would team with Butch Reed to create the tag team Doom, where the two competed in the NWA and WCW, winning the WCW World Tag Team Championship one time.

Simmons would be a prominent figure in WCW. After a brief stint in ECW, he went to WWF. Simmons would also go on to lead the Nation of Domination in the early days of the WWF Attitude Era, a group of black wrestlers loosely based on the Nation of Islam, street gangs, and the Black Panther Party.

After the Fall of the Nation in 1998, Simmons would form the Acolytes Protection Agency with tag team partner, Bradshaw. Some may know Bradshaw as JBL. The two were bodyguards-for-hire, and were paid mostly in beer. The two would go on to win several tag team championships together before splitting in the early 2000s.

After retiring, Simmons was known for his catchphrase, “DAMN” which got over with the fans, so much they made T-shirts of it.

But to rewind the clock back a bit, Simmons would go on to face Vader for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. 

Here, Simmons would change history.

When people think of a legend, a lot may think of Harley Race.

Known as a legitimate guy you didn’t want to fuck with, Race would have classics with all of the well-known guys from the 70s and 80s. Like Ric Flair, Wahoo McDaniel, and… Terry Funk.

Race wrestled in the National Wrestling Alliance, the American Wrestling Association, the World Wrestling Federation, and World Championship Wrestling. He was a nine-time world champion, having won the WWA World Heavyweight Championship once and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship eight times, and was the first NWA United States Heavyweight Champion.

Race is one of six men to have been inducted into each of the WWE Hall of Fame, the NWA Hall of Fame, the WCW Hall of Fame, the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame.

Today we look at his Best Two-Out-Of-Three Falls match against Terry Funk in July of 1977.

Today we are taking a look at one of Reuber's favorite tag teams in all of wrestling today, the Guerillas of Destiny. Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa are cousin/adoptive brothers who are currently as of this recording part of the ever-controversial wrestling group Bullet Club. The two are one of the main tag teams in the whole group, with Tama and his foul mouth has become more or less the spokesman of the group. Throughout their years with Bullet Club, they have won the IWGP Tag Team Championship 7 times, a title they hold currently. The two have held the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championship with Bad Luck Fale twice and with Taiji Ishimori once. They also won New Japan's World Tag League in 2020.

In this episode, we break down G.O.D’s match against the Young Bucks at Fighting Spirit Unleashed 2018.

The trio takes a look at the Flying Angel, Manami Toyota.

Toyota made quite an impact in the Japanese wrestling scene back in the ’90s.

Toyota debuted in 1987 at the age of 16. She got her big break two years into her career at All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling Wrestling’ s Wrestlemarinpiad. She teamed with Mima Shimoda as the Tokyo Sweethearts and defeated Dream Orca. It’s said that the match was the match of the night, beating out veterans like Lioness Asuka and Bull Nakano.

For the next 30 years, The Flying Angel went on to win 21 Championships across 7 different promotions. Feuding with the likes Akira Hokuto, her partner Toshiyo Yamada, and Aja Kong.

Retiring in 2017, She has been named as one of the greatest wrestlers to ever live, man or woman.

She was able to have 13 matches in her career 5-Stars by the Wrestling Observer Network. One of them is the match we are looking at today. This match went up against the likes of Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon’s Intercontinental Title Ladder Match at Wrestlemania X and Kenta Kobashi and Toshiaki Kawada’s battle at All Japan Pro Wrestling’s New Year Giant Series for the Observer’s Match of the Year. And won.

Regarded as the match, we watch as Toyota takes on Kyoko Inoue for the WWWA World Championship at AJW’s G*Top 2nd on May 7th, 1995.

The story here is pretty simple Toyota is champ. Inoue wants the title. So they has fight.
