Meditation is good for nothing! Now that I’ve gotten your attention: that means let go of goals, achievement, striving and expectation. Whatever happens for you, happens. In 22 years of teaching meditation, and 32 years of practice and study I’ve developed a simple , no nonsense, easy to follow approach to meditation. None of the meditations are long. They’ll easily fit into your day. Help yourself decompress, release stress, tension and hopefully enhance your day by supporting your mental, psychological, physical, and emotional health. Give your brain a hug!
