In this episode, John describes his philosophy and commitment to maintaining success with players that have dropped out of scholarships, been arrested, experienced death of family members, career threatening injuries, and so much more. Coach Mosley believes in the infinite potential within each of the players he coaches. He compares coaching them to mining diamonds, however, he provides authentic approaches and empathy towards all his players.
