RE Update 2022-23

State by State RE stats will be different as things normalize. Fall/Winter cycle seems normal. Interest rates stopped price from going up, but that doesn't mean they need to fall. Buyers didn't disappear, they're still out there but they are more cautious and picky about what they are spending their money on.
