I think the beauty of my journey was going back to the physical address where I picked up the beliefs and fears for God to show me that, even though I picked up these beliefs and fears at this address, BUT my true address was WITHIN 🙌🏾❤️ and that's where God lived. That's where I found the truth of me. The truth of who I was and am. You are not your old address (old fears and beliefs you thought you had to believe about you). You can release the tie and I share how. ☺️ God/LOVE is with you, always. ”Love is patient,love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Everyone in your life is a teacher. When we are triggered by others, especially those close to us, it’s an opportunity to see why we are triggered and where those triggers came from. It may take time to heal from your old story and distorted beliefs about yourself. It’s okay, I was thinking on this morning how you may have to wean from your old wounds, like a mother who’s releasing her baby from nursing. It may take time. It’s an intuitive flow. I have LEARNED that the true power of my healing is love AND to take my former self WITH ME ON THE JOURNEY. Yeah, I use to want to run from her but nah, that’s not love. Embrace her and take OWNERSHIP of your DIVINE ESSENCE. This is the true power of healing.

Are you listening? God heals you through people. If you had or have beliefs that says you can “trust” people or you just can’t “trust” at all is a LIE. Take listen, I want to share what has been simmering in my soul and I finally said yes to. Keep saying yes to your intuition, lean within your soul. It wants to set you free.

Taking care of and checking within even when the good comes in your life.

This topic came to me while listening to Dr. Brinell Anderson MC a program she invited me to attend called the Nakumaka ceremony. It’s a ceremony where we hold space for our ancestors to remember them. I’m sure many of you have heard your grandmother tell you this. I know I remember hearing my dad say this when I was a child. ☺️ take a listen, getting quiet has played A HUGE PART on my healing and awakening ♥️ journey.

I was pondering on this thought. Chewing on it in time passing and I realized how my beliefs were fueled out of my environment and what I was told to believe and even deeper, what I absorbed as my truth unconsciously as it pertains to love and fear. This was my story, this was my belief. But God showed me another way and how these thoughts, energies and beliefs were not my own and that I was going to walk out of them. It was a process, no perfect one at all but a process that remains true to what God spoke to me. You can change the trajectory of your beliefs, as God to help you. “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” ~Chinese proverb

I grew up in church all my life and I would always hear “rebuke the devil and he will flee” and I really would take that as a joke because I didn’t see any power. So I really didn’t touch on that topic as I awaken. But there is truth to it. There are lower entities just like they are higher entities or lower vibrations a lower energy or what i grew up hearing demons. Today I’ll use the word “lower entities” and you have the will to choose and remove those parasites out of your system. Take a listen, it’s a freeing thought provoking one. You hold the power ♥️

Being at one with myself has taught me a beautiful thing. It has aloud me to drown out the noise and listen to myself. I am all for seeking wise counsel, reading books (i love reading books), but at the end of the day the true wise counsel is within yourself.

This topic is so profound. You may need to pause and listen to the rest later. But I shared something that is very thought provoking. Often times, we are operating from other people’s stuff wounds or beliefs that are not our own. Did you know that you can carry the trait or gene from and ancestor and have never met them before a day in your life? And did you know that you can create new genes. I learned this while reading and attending a seminar where Dr. Brinell Anderson was teaching. What an amazing experience. All in all, you could be carrying a wound that isn’t yours to begin with, and I share how to release those wounds. Take a listen, it’s a keeper for sure 😉

I was reading an article a friend posted about the taboo of crying and I began thinking about when I went through my own dark night of the soul. And the beauty of that gift was that I learned how it’s okay to not feel okay. It freed my and opened my eyes about what love really means. Take a listen

You know, I remember receiving a lot of unhealthy validation in believing that I was NOT OKAY! But the truth is, the more that you seek “I am not okay” the more you will get it. While waiting for my daughters to finish in the dentist office, I decided to do a podcast about self confidence. On the journey of love, I've found out that, self confidence is not about what you DO on the outside. See, I thought that it was base out of your outer appearance and external gains. But that isn't solely true. TRUE confidence is about loving and ACCEPTING YOURSELF  UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE! 

It’s an opportunity to show gratitude. Yes, shifting your perspective to a positive state allows you to see more of the positive.

Forgiving is Forgetting

Forgetting those things which are behind me and pressing toward what is ahead of me.  True forgiveness is "forgetting" we don't need to hold on to the past pain as a form of protecting. Take a listen and hear what God revealed to me about Forgiveness.

I look back and realize what God was telling me all this time “you have the power.” When I felt powerless, I felt lead to write down my affirmations of how I wanted to see myself. Fast forward to now I see my affirmations come into fruition. My eyes are opening to the understanding and the power of my will to be better.

I thought i had to scream from the mountain top, and demand my respect. I prove my power to people by sounding tough. This is not true power. As I evolved and unlearned God showed me what true power really is. Take a listen ❤️

Could a pharaoh be our fear?

I spent most of my life believing that money was out of my reach. I never thought that purpose and what you came on this earth to do was tied to your money. On my spiritual breakthrough with God, the Divine began showing me that I didn't have to hustle with anxiety, fear, loss of sleep to make money. God used my mistakes, my beliefs that I had about myself from my past to birth my purpose. Take a listen!

Heeeeyyyyy everyone, I dare you to open your heart. Live your life with an open heart. I know, I know that may sound daunting. But take my advice, I’ve lived my life with a closed heart. Thinking the world was bad. Thinking I couldn’t trust ppl. Living my life with a closed heart wasn’t fun AT ALL. I thought I was saving myself, but I was in my own way. The crown chakra is an energy at the top of you head that deals with intuition, feeling connected with Source the Universe. When you a balanced is when you feel you know your soul’s purpose and connected with all things. You trust your intuition. I was imbalanced in my crown chakra and I am glad my soul lead me to this truth. I was giving my power away to other ppl. Even the ones I loved. The ones i loved were my validation to not trust me. In a nut shell I gave my power away. Now? I am setting my intentions on balancing my crown chakra. Everything is energy and I encourage you to trust your spirit t guide you into all truth.

God showed me that the desires that have been placed within me are desires by God. They are not the answers to your happiness. God wants to show you and I that desires are merely an extension of who you already are. Manifestation is not for the intent of deprivation. You are already full! What comes from you (desires) is an extension or expression of you. This is why it is good to stay connected with you. Connecting with your inner being. This is the same as connecting with God

Toward the end of 2018, what kept sticking out to me was knowing the power I had within me. And unlocking that power. It started within my mind. I had to change my system. Change my signal. What I was signaling, was in contradiction to the truth of who I was. It was in contradiction with my intuition. So I went within, meditated, read, went to therapy, all that i felt guided to do.

Sometimes it is not how people treat you, but rather the beliefs that you hold as truth under fear. This determines your perspective of how you see your relationships and how you see yourself.

I was reminded of this on today. Our relationships are a beautiful reflection of what we believe within ourselves. I was reminded today within my marriage, that in the past I was responding out of my wounds and experiences I picked up along the way. On today’s podcast I share how I recognized within myself, which ear was listening. Take a listen, I think you’ll enjoy.

The agreements that my father had about love was was I carried as my own. Being an empath, I realized that I was carrying that so that I could relate and connect with my father. He had the beliefs of abandonment, being looked over, not feeling enough. So as a child and into adulthood, I carried them as my own. But the truth is I never believed it was my truth. We talk about struggle really well. Now this doesn’t negate the fact that struggles aren’t Apart of the process of life. But often times, we get accustom to the feeling of struggle because it’s what we’ve been told about struggle. “Life is hard, don’t trust people, be afraid.” These were my beliefs but God began to show my otherwise. God was showing me NEW. I had to lean into the new, lean into the old.

God has been clearing the path for me. Clearing old negative agreements within me and has been revealing to me what I was holding onto within my subconscious mind. It has been revealed to me, that I was the one blocking my physical manifestation. What I desired (which is from God) was in contradiction to what I actually believed within my subconscious mind.

Fear of rejection was a block that was in my way of radiating from the truth of who I was. Blocking me from receiving and giving love. This was revealed to me on my journey of removing the core blocks to giving and receiving love. Here’s what I learned. Love isn’t about trusting you first. Love is about trusting yourself. Listening to “your” intuition. And out of that flow, our relationships or divine partner is simply a mirror of the value you hold within your own intuition.

There’s no perfect “way” to love. Or perfect way to doing things. You’ve simply must trust your intuition and do it, even if you’re afraid
