Biblical Evolution
"Let the earth bring forth vegetation."
"Let the waters swarm and abundantly produce living creatures."
"Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds."
These phrases are used by God during the creation narrative in Genesis, and they really sound like something that is very appropriate to describe evolution, rather than the traditional Christian view of creation. If the earth brought forth life at God's command, how is that really different than evolution?
Perhaps the Genesis narrative is more complex than we give it credit for?
