#1 A Facebook Group Community Experiment in Wellness 2022
This year I decided to combine my love for teaching with the business I have also grown to love. To do this I created a new plan going forward for the community of women in my Facebook group, one that focused on serving and instead of selling, where I brought in experts in all areas of wellness and chose books to lead us through monthly wellness challenges, all wrapped around a central theme. This is my way of 'journaling' the experience and sharing with other women seeking wellness or women in business who want to hear about what might happen with our group.
