Tech Talk Series | Rajiv Beri | CTO | NPST
Rajiv Beri | Chief Technical Officer | Network People Services Technologies in conversation with Khushbu Soni | Host, Chief Editor | CIO News Rajiv Beri discussed the digital shift that took place in the banking industry during the open discussion. the progression of the banking industry from branch banking to online banking to mobile banking. He discussed how several technologies had aided the sector's expansion and how their Super App had improved both the customer experience and business operations. “The power of data has increased and today customers want everything on the go. They don’t want banking as a separate task, that is where the evolution has come.” “Banks have started investing in technology and thus the habits are changing. With banks investing more and more in technology, the devices are getting more powerful and customers are becoming demanding in those terms. So banks have started providing all the services on mobile” “Super Apps open the gateway to the bank and to offer other services to the customers for which earlier they had other applications or other service providers. That dependency has been reduced by Super App. Architecturally we have designed Super App in such a way that we have enabled other third-party service applications apart from banking services.” For more information please visit NPST website: https://www.npstx.com/
