They understand, because we have all experienced this fight firsthand, which is why they are committed to doing all they can to alleviate this problem for as many people as they can. Their mission statement is “Fashion Funds the Fight.” They are a non-profit, fundraising platform that awards financial gifts to assist recipients in paying any costs of living that they are unable to pay during their fight. We decided that we wanted to bring Melina into our gratefulness segment this week, let us know what you think about having our guests share in this part of our episode!
Melina Charis:
Please visit www.melinacharis.com to see what she has been up to!
Melina has just launched a new program! She is now a mindset coach!
But wait... what is a mindset coach? A coach as a general definition (by Brooke Castillo) A coach is someone who helps you witness your own mind so you can change it to help get what you want.
Melina does 1:1 training and also group training! You talk about what's going on, what's blocking you from your goals. A coach can help you realize that the only limit on yourself is YOU. A coach can help you figure out how to manage your mind so you can reach your long term and short term goals.
Sit that inner critic aside! Melina Charis is here to save the day.
We talk about the 100 people in a room theory- There are 100 people in a room with you. 99 of those people love you, care for you and want you to succeed, but one hates you. You as a human will focus on the one person who has negative thoughts, rather that the 99 people surrounding you who love you.
Hey Melina... what is the best thing that you have done to control looping thoughts and stop your mind from spiring out of control?
-- Journaling! Write down every single thought you are having. Looping thoughts, dont censor your thoughts. NOBODY IS LOOKING AT THIS BUT YOU! Don't be spiritual, dont be kind on that piece of paper. Allow yourself to release those thoughts. Your mind can be stopped by the act of writing. Putting those thoughts out releases them from you. (WOW MIND BLOWN HERE PEOPLE)
