Click Submit had a chance to talk to National Human Services Data Consortium! President of NHSDC Kim Keaton and NHSDC Spring Conference Chair Emma Beers talked with us about what's new with NHSDC and what to expect next! They also let us in on what to expect at the NHSDC Spring Conference!

Click Submit is back with our last episode of the year! We decided to end the year with the great Genelle Denzin R Programming Language Guru! Genelle has taken R to the next level to incorporate it into the work of HMIS! In this episode, we will discuss the basics of R programming and why you should learn more.

In Episode Four, Gwen Beebe had the chance to sit down with two individuals working firsthand in aiding to build communities within the data sector.  The guest included Gaither Stephens, CEO of Gaither Dynamics and Founder of the CoC Alliance, and David Lewis, Head of Strategic programs at Eccovia and Vice President of the National Human Services Data Consortium.

In Episode 3 of  Click Submit Season 2, Shercole had a chance to sit down with Nathaniel Williams, MPH, Program Evaluation & Data Manager at Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System in California.  The two discussed all things data including solutions to tracking information, data quality,  building data programs, and so much more! Nathaniel also told us more about the great things happening at H.O.P.I.C.S.

In Episode Two, The Click Submit Krewe had the chance to talk with Laura Delapp, Day Shelter Manager at the Haven, which is located downtown Charlottesville Virginia. Laura Delapp let us in on the interworkings and importance of day shelters and how everything is connected to data.  Get creative with your day shelter data!

Tragically, none of our four recording laptops recorded our NHSDC session. We got together afterwards anyway for an informal chat about the things we learned at this conference that will stick with us and about what is next.
