This has never been a better time for me to start things over. Meaning let's start this podcast over!

From the very beginning of this year I have been consistent in publishing an episode per week. 

This led me to understand to some more changes I have to make with it. Saying that this podcast is documenting my journey until I find my dream job and yet not describing anything at all about my process, is unacceptable. So, starting from now with these weekly episodes I'm gonna try and document each and every little thing I do in order to get there!  

Moreover, my dream for now is to create our #cmscommunity, that means people that have and want to quit their jobs to pursue a life truly wanted!  Let's dive into this episode.

So many things going on! Life is good and I got my mood to the ceiling! Hope you're doing well too.

This is something that I've been thinking lately and I wanted to share with all of you. Work ethic does not anymore exist as we know it. Bad for us. We need to triple down on that. It is something that everybody needs to work with himself. There's no one to blame for our words and acts.

I'm so angry that I couldn't resist spreading this word. Cmon guys, we can be better than this and I mean it.
