A little about Molly Grisham: Keynote Speaker and Experiential Facilitator, Molly Grisham helps to build and sustain teams in a wide variety of industries. She believes that teams don’t grow apart; they die apart. She knows that elite, high-performing teams in all industries get stretched and stressed by the demand to perform. She is passionate about helping teams to rediscover their strengths and restore their relationships, so they can rebuild their teams.
With nearly two decades of experience as a College Soccer Coach and Communication Professor, Molly approaches her work as an educator. She meets people where they are and helps them move to where they want to be.
Molly holds degrees in Communication from Belmont University, the University of Illinois, and Missouri State University. She has completed training as a Civil & Family Mediator, she is a Certified Experiential Specialist with the International Society of Experiential Professionals, and she is a Certified Myers-Briggs facilitator. Additionally, she is now enrolled in a graduate program on Trauma and Resiliency.
Molly is down-to-earth and compels her audience to participate in the learning process. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and processes that they will use long after an event has ended. She knows healthier teams lead to happier humans, and happier humans lead to high-performing teams.
When not facilitating, Molly can be found at her favorite used bookstore and at various international restaurants in St. Louis.

Frank Barone l Soccer Strength & Conditioning Coach
In this episode I chat with Frank Barone, head strength and conditioning coach for Angel City FC in the NWSL. Frank has gained great experiences at Robert Morris University, North Carolina University, University of Pittsburgh, and San Antonio FC. His take on strength training and conditioning for soccer is one that focuses on preparing teams and programs to "score more goals than the opposition". He is a huge proponent of periodization and shares how a strength and conditioning coach can become an asset to a soccer program by working within the staff, and not on an island.

Adam Jones | Ohio High School State Soccer Championship Coach
In this episode, I chat with Adam Jones who is the head coach for the Wyoming (Ohio) High School Mens Soccer team and the Cincinnati United Premier College Pathway Director. Adam shares the impact of his playing days at Mason (OH) High School under the leadership of Paul Reedy and how his relationship with his then coach has now turned into a dynamic coaching duo at the high school level. He also shares different stories of how life can lead you to opportunities and that through tragedy one can land on their feet and use that experience to help others!
Adam's Wyoming HS Boys team won the Division 2 State Title last fall here in Ohio. And he shares what that journey through the season and post season entailed. Adam also talked about the season ahead and carrying the torch as a state champion and the challenges that brings for next season.
One of the consistent themes throughout our conversation was a motivation and determination to be the best ... to be the standard. Adam is working to be the best coach of the best program in the state of Ohio. His success as a coach has not slower Adam's appetite for more championships. In fact, he is as hungry now as he was before to chase the state title. Along with his push to be great, there is an understanding and humbling that Adam shares. He knows the opportunity to coach is blessing. He understands that his actions and behaviors have a huge impact on the soccer players he coaches at Wyoming HS and CUP.
