In Annie’s own words learning about your DNA “takes the stigma and self-judgment away from why you may struggle to lose weight, why you struggle with finding your happy place in life, why you are lacking motivation - the answers are in your genetics. Once you know where you may be "out of balance" and know what lifestyle changes (changing the epigenetic) to make to put you back in balance, you feel like the woman you want to be.

It's so empowering once women learn about how their bodies are processing their neurotransmitters and hormones and blood sugar, and then what is within their control to make the needed adjustments.”

Annie journey took her from being a Personal Trainer, then Health Coach, then Certified Brain Health Coach, and now she is an Holistic Longevity Strategist, focusing on using our very own DNA as our personalized blueprint for optimal, lifelong health.
