He’s the Formission Director with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland.  and is now speaking out about his own battle with mental health. He’s challenging us ALL to EMBRACE THE NEED, and help take down the biggest giant in our society!

It’s here 2021! Are you filled with hope for a better year ahead? Or are you struggling with the question, with so much uncertainty, how can we be certain about anything?

Well allow me to kick off this year with an amazing story of CONTAGIOUS COURAGE from Melanie Gibson. A pastor and dear friend who shares how the uncertainty in her life brought her to find the most security she’s ever known. Hoping that you too find certainty as you hear how Melanie was able to take back what fear and uncertain circumstances has stolen from her.

How is your mental health? We have all fallen short of our own expectations, or the expectations of others. This internal struggle is something that unites us as human beings. Yet why do we feel the need to pretend? My next guest Sheila Stauffer, is a mental health advocate and the Executive Director at Cornerstone Counselling, She’s here today to help break the chain of stigmata and negative thought patterns that hold us back.

My next guest is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, and has encountered PTSD, and as a result, she’s battled anxiety, depression, and was diagnosed with cancer. She’s experienced incalculable loss, and if that wasn’t enough, when her story went public her family sided with the abuser.

Meet Joanne Goodwin, who is here today to smash the stigma of mental illness, traveling around Canada telling her story, to help people understand the reality of living with depression, and provide hope.
