Who would have thought that numbers possess such powerful energies. After my conversation with Economist turned Numerologist Meaghan Alton, it’s clear that they do!

I loved having this conversation with Meaghan because I had so many questions about numerology that I wanted to ask and boy did I learn a lot. So much so that I have begun working with Meaghan in one of her groups to infuse numerology into my business!!

One of my favourite moments was when Meaghan told me what my life path number was and my reaction is priceless!! You can’t make this stuff up!

In this episode of the Cosmic Tea Podcast I break down EXACTLY what the difference is between a highly sensitive person (HSP) and an empath.

HSPs are born with the SERT gene that gives them the ability to process information deeply. This is part of our brain chemistry and is not something we can change. This is a beautiful way to experience the world and also makes us susceptible to overstimulation.

Empaths tend to have experienced childhood trauma that forced them to become more sensitive to the energies of the people around them. Once this necessity to read energy has been activated, it allows us to run energy to and through us like a radio receiver. Empaths can pick up the energetic channel of places, people, plants, animals and so much more.

There are two separate parts to your energy body.

Your lower chakras; root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus chakra.

These keep you grounded. Safe. Stable. 

Your upper chakras; throat chakra, third eye chakra, and crown chakra.

These allow you to dream. Visualize. Play in the unknown.

Smack dab in the middle is your heart… chakra.

At some point something happened that made you protect your heart and when that happened, you began to favour either your lower chakras or your upper chakras.

Meaning, you became an upper chakra person or a lower chakra person.

Did you know there were 9 different types of empaths? 

Not only that but recently Spirit showed me that these 9 different types of empaths could be categorized into four groups; into the four elements.

What I want you to do is listen, tune into your body and notice when it gives you an indication that the protection I’m talking about will support you.
