Choosing Purpose Over Perfectionism with Bree Boucher

Choosing Purpose Over Perfectionism with Bree Boucher

On today's episode, I interview Bree Boucher, a soul alignment coach who uses neuro-linguistic programming (nlp), timeline therapy, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique (eft), and life and success coaching to help people step into their purpose. Bree shares about her journey of getting to know herself and leaning more deeply into her feminine after years of working in the corporate world living more in her masculine. She bravely shares about her difficult experience being suspended from work and investigated for alleged bullying, and how she used that as the wake-up call to transform her life from the inside out. And she shares her unique method she uses with her clients to help them step more deeply into their purpose. Breaking Ancestral Patterns with Birdee

On today's episode, I interview Birdee, a gorgeous, magical being, who is a yogi, reiki healer, and intuitive artist, specializing in embodiment and leading sacred rituals. Birdee bravely shares how she has had to make incredibly difficult choices, like an abortion, or planned pregnancy loss as she calls it, to break the ancestral patterns running through her family. Finding Self-Worth Within with Manjeet Basran Russell

Finding Self-Worth Within with Manjeet Basran Russell

On today's episode, I interview someone very special to me. Manjeet Russell and I met when I was going through a difficult time, and she became my life coach! She is the brightest light with the warmest heart and I love her so much! She is the owner of a nuclear medicine staffing agency, a corporate coach, and an intuitive life coach, certified as both a Life Coach and an Akashic Records reader. Manjeet bravely shares her story about growing up in an immigrant family. Her family is Indian, they were living in England, and then they moved to Canada when she was a child, before she moved to the U.S. as an adult. She shares about her divorce as a young woman, taking the leap to a job in another country with less than $1,000 to her name, and facing a very scary breast cancer diagnosis about a year and a half ago. We talk about the importance of self-care in the face of shame and fear, as well as how she uses anger as fuel for change. She shares her signature "how to 12345 your life" for moving powerfully out of fear mode. And how everything always comes down to our self-worth. Owning Our Past and Healing Intergenerational Anger with Rachel Roberts

Owning Our Past and Healing Intergenerational Anger with Rachel Roberts

On today's episode, I interview Rachel Roberts, a brilliant mentor who works with couples and individuals, with a focus on relationships and connection, helping to translate the feminine and masculine languages, using Soul Modes, the Enneagram, as well as many different personality systems. Rachel bravely shares about the traumas she experienced throughout childhood and how they impacted her well into adulthood. She shares how mothering her daughters allowed her to mother her inner child, how owning her trauma story allowed her to shift from self-blame into self-forgiveness, and how listening to the messages of her own anger allows her to heal the cycle of intergenerational anger in her family. We talk about how each sibling has their own perception of the traumas that happen in a family and how every child's perception is valid. And of course we talk about the importance of inner work, self awareness, and being kind and compassionate to ourselves.
