I am a freedom loving, truth seeking, spiritual warrior. I love helping others find freedom in showing up as the best versions of themselves. As a survivor of trauma, physical and mental abuse, I always knew I would do better than what I was taught. As a child I carried a shame shit story into my teenage years where I began my addictions to drugs, food and really anything to distract me from the stories in my mind. I never realized how much of my patterns were directly related to my trauma, so I lived with debilitating fear of being seen, I was insecure and didn't know how to truly love myself. It wasn't until my late 20's I began to realize those same generational patterns were playing out in my parenting, the thought of passing those scars onto my children shook me to my core and led me to my awakening.

It was 2013 I finally hit my rock bottom and my rebirth began, I began to ask questions, I started embracing different decisions based on my desire to heal, I always had a burning desire to do more, be more and experience more. That burning desire is why I completely changed my paradigm and continue to seek my purpose here on earth. I went from following the ways of the world so much that I lost myself and as a result my children were in poor health, I was broken and my health was in the toilet too, we were merely surviving, I finally had enough and my awakening began. In just a few short years by applying life skills, mentoring and educating myself on natural wellness I became obsessed with sharing my knowledge about holistic healing and living a life outside the system of fear and through my healing I connected back to myself and to God. With the multitude of online entrepreneurs using social media as their gateway to attract their target clients it can seem like a screaming match in the online space.

More and more people are discovering they are what is called, an Empath.  Empaths are also known to be highly sensitive people.  There are different types of empaths, different levels of empathy and they even have a special purpose here on Earth.

Empaths can generally feel energy, specifically emotions, to the extreme and often take these emotions on as if it was their own.  This causes fatigue amongst many other symptoms.

I was scrolling through Instagram and BAM there was a picture and I knew in my heart that it was a gateway to the Faery Realm.  I slowed my scroll and the verbiage under the photo was about a lovely young lady who had just recently lost her cat, as in her cat crossed the rainbow bridge into the spirit realm.

She said that she was sad and decided to go into the woods surrounding her home to just sit and get away from her grief.  She felt some strange energy and started taking pictures and they had all these colorful energies that showed up.

My money story was a mind fuck, a hot mess, and I was broke as a joke for most of my life.  That is until I started working with Spirit, the Law of Attraction and my very own programming around this sensitive subject.  In my first book, Your Freaking Amazing Life, I talked a lot about people pleasing and self worth which had a lot to do with being broke, but I was still far from allowing myself to be abundant, or let’s just say it, rich for that matter.

In order to have the life you desire you need energy and money is often the energy that allows you to do so.  So rings true for your client’s transformation. They need to feel great about what they are spending their money on and if they don’t they will find someone else to give it to.

You think of your friend and then the phone rings and it’s her.  You have just picked up the energy that she put “out there” as she was thinking about you and dialing the phone.  This is just one example of how we start to collect energy that is not ours and in many cases it can start to drain our energy fields.

You don’t normally think of it this way but imagine all the people you come into contact with on a regular day.  You see your family, go to work, stop by the store and even pick up energy from people in the parking lot next to you.

How does this happen and how can we stay on our Unicorns?

It all starts with your thoughts.

Let me explain how our brain cells work.  They are all intertwined, all connected.  One tiny thought can lead to an avalanche of mind chatter.  You see, our thoughts, once repetitive, become beliefs.  Crazy, right?

Essentially your thoughts aren’t even made up by you.  If they were you would be able to tell me what you will be thinking about in 5 minutes from now.  Our thoughts, in fact, are knee jerk reactions to previous stimuli.

Let me explain.  If I say the word “balloon” most of you will immediately have a memory of what balloons mean to you.  Some of you will remember a terrifying childhood memory of having one pop in your face.  Some of you will have the opposite thought of pleasure and joy.  Regardless, that one word triggered you and you will actually have an emotional response in your body and the mind will run with the story, “memory”.

Again, a repetitive thought becomes a belief.  A belief leads to action.  Action leads to life creation.   For example you may steer clear of birthday parties because of that underlying fear of the balloons.

In retrospect, you may be creating your life based on random synapses, aka autopilot based on beliefs you have unknowingly created.

I don’t know about you but I want to be in charge of how I’m creating my life and the best way is to learn to stay on your Unicorn!

When most people think about a psychic or medium they automatically get an image of an old lady in a dark room with a crystal ball.  They also usually think that those people where “born with it” and that it is not something that can come later in life or be developed into.

Since that awakening, my entire reality has changed.  I can now speak to and see the dead.  Trust me, I didn’t even want that part of the gift (at first) and was more excited to discover that I could “see” behind closed doors, I could “see” inside my Reiki client’s bodies and I could “see” energies on their bodies that represent things such as “medical energy”, “Colorado energy”, and I could “see” the people who are in their life and those that will soon be in their life.

The biggest change I went through in the beginning was seeing through many illusions that society has put into place and knowing I had invisible people, AKA my spirit guides, that’s when I realized life isn’t about paying bills until we die.
