2 Homecoming themed podcasts in one!  Homecoming is a event that High Schools and Colleges do at the beginning of the year. Homecoming has many actives such as dances, football games, Spirit week and so much more. In this episode we will be talking about homecoming and some traditions and even history about it and fashion about homecoming!  Added Information: In emailing Ms. Denny about her homecoming experience in the 70s, she says that her homecoming was informal. They still had dress up days. the parade, and an assembly, but they also had a bonfire. Of course, the dance was a thing as well. The only big difference was that there was no football. At the time, the small towns in Dekalb county hadn't had enough students to form a team. She had boys and girls soccer in the the fall for their homecoming games. As for their spirit week, they had a rock and roll tee shirt day! The favorite was the radio station, The LOOP. Ms. Denny also won homecoming queen and was paraded in a rolls royce during the parade.
