Ep. 21 Everything you need to know about Bedsharing, cosleeping and chest sleeping with @cosleepy
This episode is for my bedsharing mamas. I am chatting with Tiffany of @cosleepy on instagram
In 2020 Tiffany founded Cosleepy, a cosleeping one-stop shop to help modern parents keep their babies safe and close at night.Tiffany is a frequent guest on podcasts and blogs, and she was recently interviewed in New York Magazine's viral article Are We All Secretly Co-sleeping?You are going to love this episode if you want to hear about all the magical ways that moms are connected to their babies and how biologically normal it is to bedshare with your little babe.
- Explaining how bedsharing and sleeping with your newborn is the globally-preferred sleeping arrangement for humans and is biologically normal. It seems to be extremely controversial in the US and seems to be labeled as unsafe, “asking” for something bad to happen and even selfish.
- James McKenna refers to as “the articulated baby maternal micro-environment.”
- Talk to me about chest sleeping, is it “safe” are there safe ways to do it if necessary. What do you say to the mama that is currently chest sleeping with her baby and feels unsure or pressure to change it from outside voices
- What is sensory proximity and how does bedsharing impact this?
- I get questions all the time about bedsharing with a toddler and a newborn. What would be your advice and/or sleeping arrangements?
- Can you tell us the benefits of contact napping and what is happening to baby during this time.

Ep 10. Bedsharing, Seasons of motherhood and more with Sleep Coach @RachellReann
This episode is all about bed sharing and cosleeping. This is something I am so passionate about bringing more education and resources to my community because it really is a topic that I have caught an incredible amount of heat for. I get countless questions about how to do it safely and honestly, in our family, it looks a little different depending on the season and we really rely on our intuition when it comes to our families sleep. But I realize how that isn't the most helpful information so that is why i want to bring in people that are more educated around this topic! Rachelreann on ig joins us for this episode and talks us through how to bed share safely, how biologically normal it is to bedshare and of course myth busting!! Rachel helps support families in their sleep journey, has realistic expectations about their child's sleep and shares so much of this on social media as well. Ep 4. The one about Hygge (hoo-GA) and Homeschool with Jamie Erickson @unlikely_homeschool
In this episode i had the pleasure of speaking to Jamie Erickson, author of "Holy Hygge"! Jamie is a mother of 5, school teacher turned homeschooler, author, public speaker, blogger and podcaster! We chat all about the concept, Hygge (hoo-GA), a danish lifestyle concept that speaks to coziness, togetherness, hospitality and more. Hygge is something that I became aware about through a parenting book i read and loved. The term reminded me deeply of a dutch term that my own mom uses in our home, gezelligheid(heh-SELL-ick.)! Whether you know of hygge or gezelligheid, these are concepts and words that don’t quite translate to the english language…which is probably half of our american problem! We could use more a little more Hygge in our lives!! We also talk about being present in our season of motherhood, how to find true enjoyment in our "winters"...the seasonal one and the motherhood one, and encouragement for the mama thinking about homeschooling!

Ep 1. Sex while bedsharing, dispelling sleep myths and more w/ @terrademama
In this episode Jesse Truelove @movewithtruelove chats with Jamilia Beasley @terrademama to talk all things bedsharing and listening to your mama gut!
All of our capacities as mothers and women are different and we need to support ourselves so that we can show up as the best versions of ourselves and our baby’s mama we can. Whether you choose to sleep train or bed share, I support your choice, because MAMA KNOWS BEST!
With that said, I have received hundreds of messages over the years in regards to how to safely bedshare, how to tune out the noise of spectators on your mothering, and if your baby is normal because they wake up multiple times a night and more! Which is why I wanted to bring in Jamilia. She preaches mama encouragement and her content will leave you feeling like you got a big mama bear hug!

The Daily Momtra Podcast (Trailer)
Hey sister! You’re listening to The Daily Momtra Podcast Trailer!! Ahhh I can't believe I'm finally writing these words! I am your host, Jesse Truelove, aka @Movewithtruelove on socials!
I have certifications in pre & postnatal training(and various others in the womens health), degrees in business and kinesiology, and almost 10 years in the fitness field. I specialize in women’s corrective exercise and have coached and connected with thousands of women which has fueled my love for moms.
In this podcast we will be talking about the raw, the real, and the unpopular opinions in motherhood from bedsharing, to gentle marriage’ing, breaking parenting cycles and of course pelvic floor.
I am a huge believer that “mama knows best” & my hope is that through these meaningful conversations, you find tools that resonate, and help you mother the way that feels true to you.
Even if we disagree on mothering, birthing or parenting choices, I TRUST, that you are doing what is best for you, your baby & family because at the end of the day, there are a million ways to be a good mom. And we are all just trying to raise our little humans the best we can in the season we are in.
