Sinai is a first time author. Wrote and self-published: Pink Poems Tan Thoughts, a series of colorful poems and bilingual short stories that promotes healing and self-love through storytelling.
Last year she co-founded and coordinated a college scholarship in honor of her late mentor Nancy Brusch, with the non-profit UrbanLife. She now donates 100% of book profits to UrbanLife to support awarding 4 yearly college scholarships to BIPOC student learners from immigrant and refugee backgrounds in City Heights.
Sinai is currently an educator and doctoral student at UC San Diego, and plans to celebrating the underrepresented student voices in higher education through her research. You can follow Sinai on Instagram at Pink Chicana Poet, where she uplifts and highlights BIPOC businesses, artists, writers, activists and empowering messages.
