Today Dan's joined by Firebrand, an Edinburgh-based musician and rapper, who has recently released his new single 'Bravehearts'. They get candid talking about mental health, the pressures on men not to open up and show vulnerability and how writing and singing has helped Firebrand in his own mental health journey.

Our spiritual life depends on how we spend all 24 hours of our day and not just the quiet time we have with God.
