Episode Number SEVEN of Transparently Trans covers one of the most important things in almost every transgender person’s life—Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

If you’ve never heard the term before, that’s okay. We don’t expect you to. HRT is not to be confused with TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) that a lot of middle-aged or older men are given to replacement lost Testosterone (although for transgender men, it is similar!)

This episode really digs into WHAT Hormone Replacement Therapy is, WHO Hormone Replacement Therapy is for, WHY transgender individuals choose to begin the process, and HOW the process can be started!

Episode 07 is the first of a 3-part mini-series about Hormone Replacement Therapy. The next two episodes will go more in depth about Female-to-Male Hormone Replacement Therapy and the specifics surrounding it!

Episode Number Six of Transparently Trans discusses PASSING!

You may be thinking, "What in the world is passing? Isn't that just a verb or a term they use in sports?"

I want to give you guys some real-life examples and scenarios, not just what you may see or read about online or in the media.
