Ben liked Jean, he really liked Jean, he wished she was his girlfriend in

fact. But there was a problem.

He was a bit … how can I put this? … pongy.

Ruth looks after Roanna the robot. She likes to watch her work, cooking food, tidying up, mowing the grass and cleaning the car, and she likes it that they are friends. 

Spike is a friendly hedgehog. As he wanders around the farm lots of animals come up and snuffle around him … (until they see his spikes!) … and then wander off again.

Two children come near to Spike and he quickly rolls up into his prickly ball. Very gingerly, the children pick him up . After a while Spike feels a bit safer and pokes his little nose out. After saying hello, the children carefully put him down and Spike shuffles off to find some more grubs to eat.

This is a brief descriptive episode setting the scene for the story of Kingdom Cold, the Ice King, and, later, Hotshot.

There will be eight episodes in all.

SONG : THIS IS THE STORY, sung by children of primary school age.

Bertram has a collection of balls, which is bizarre ... beach balls, tennis balls, golf balls, footballs. He doesn't play with them, he displays them. Bizarre. 

One night he sees a lovely white ball floating in the sky that he wants for his collection. Hmmm. What a silly Bertram.

Finally people are freed from the grip of Kingdom Cold and the Ice King. Tingly toes and warm noses at last!

Eggsactly what you might expect!!  What a silly sausage for climbing that wall. Now he's had his chips. He's a has bean ... oh stop it.

The little red hen wants to make bread ... right from planting seeds to eating it. 

What a long task. 

None of her friends want to help her, but are only to keen to ask for a yummy slice at the end.

Could it be the start of something new?

Take a trip on the Realway Railway.

The Gospel Train makes several stops on its journey and reminds us of some characters from the Bible. You could explore their stories for yourselves later on.

Mary had a little lamb ... well, Mary was a sheep, so you wouldn't expect anything else would you.
