How often do you compare your worst moments to someone else's greatest hits?  We all do it.  Today we are talking about where you find your worth, your value, and what your self-talk is doing to you.  

We all struggle from time to time.  Some longer than others.  In today's episode I share with you 3 reasons I believe people don't do self discovery to change their life and 3 reasons I believe people should go on a self discovery journey to change the entire trajectory of their life.  

Who says that? Grieve who you were?  Crazy right?  Wrong....this is necessary.   Learn the importance of grieving who you used to be, enjoy who you have become and celebrate who you strive to be.  

Self-doubt is something we all battle at some point.  Today we are talking about how to take that self-doubt and turn it into confidence.
