To reduce your acne you have to know your specific acne trigger and we have to take care of your gut health and your liver!

Let's get started!

To treat your hormonal acne, we have to find out the root cause and what's causing your imbalances.

These things can be the reason for your hormonal acne:

Poor digestion/ low-quality diet

• Chronic stress (emotional and physical)

• Low quality sleep

• Physical activity level

Xenoestrogens in the environment ( They combine with estrogen receptor sites and activate the estrogenic action they induce the formation of extra estrogen receptor sites. )

Inhibit the ability of the liver to excrete estrogens

Xenohormones are found in:

-Car exhaust

-Almost all plastics

-Meat from conventionally-raised livestock (non-organic)- They feed them estrogenic drugs to fatten them up

-Petrochemically derived pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides

-Emulsifiers found in soaps and cosmetics

-PCDs from industrial waste

NOTE: You can absorb xenohormones by ingestion, inhalation, and direct skin contact.

• Hormone therapy (the pill)

• Poor/bad diet

• Genetic predisposition

• Consuming foods with excess hormones (non-organic meats and dairy) As you can see, there are many root causes of hormonal imbalance, most of which are related to diet, lifestyle, and emotional health.

How do you know you have a hormone imbalance?

Here is a little quiz for you, count your yess!

How you can change your breakout mindset from this :( to this :) 

Today we will talk about acne and self-esteem and what you can do today to improve your confidence and self-esteem. 

Take three steps back from the mirror and look at yourself; this is how others will see you. Focus on the positive - this will boost your confidence. And remember the only person who will see your skin as close as you see it is your partner, and if they are not happy with what they see - throw them motherfuorkers in the trash.

And in case you feel self-conscious about your acne - remember - people are always more focused on their flaws and imperfections. Nobody is thinking about yours.

Last but not least, write down what you like about yourself and focus on that - if you can't see it, let's help each other out.

Wie kann Zink dir bei Akne helfen?


Das Spurenelement Zink reguliert unter anderem den Fettsäurehaushalt in der Haut. Außerdem ist es an der Zellteilung beteiligt. Ist es in ausreichender Menge im Körper vorhanden, bremst es das Enzym 5-alpha-Reduktase. Folglich kann weniger 5-alpha-Dihydrosteron gebildet werden. Die Ursachen für die Entstehung einer Akne werden somit eingedämmt.

Ursache von Akne ist, so meint man oft, eine zu hohe Testosteronproduktion. Allerdings löst nicht das Sexualhormon selbst Akne aus. Vielmehr geht es mit dem Enzym 5-alpha-Reduktase eine Verbindung ein, die als 5-alpha-Dihydrotestosteron bezeichnet wird. Bei empfindlichen Personen kommt es zu Überempfindlichkeiten der Talgdrüsen Rezeptoren, wodurch es zur vermehrten Talgproduktion kommt.
