Rishabh is a Delhi University graduate & an MBA from Indian School of Business. At Dexter Capital, he focuses on sectors such as Agritech, FinTech, EVs, etc.

At Dexter, he has worked on diversified transactions such as :

1) DeHaat's Series C, D & E rounds totalling to $195m

2) Sold Kuber Industries to GlobalBees in a one of India's largest transactions in roll-up e-commerce space

3) Pre-Series B round of BASIC Home Loan, a mortgage-focused FinTech player

Previously, he has seen both sides of the table i.e. worked in a buy-side role with PayU (Naspers Fintech) and in Strategy & Investor Relations with a fast-growing start-up FlexiLoans. At PayU, he was working on fintech investments across the globe while at FlexiLoans, he was a part of Equity & Debt raising initiatives at the company.

From his early days of growing up in a joint family to experiencing a different India during his days as an MBA student, Tushar talks about how he found his calling in venture capital and what pushes him everyday to find the next big game-changer in the market.

Gaurav is one of the oldest employees in our organisation. Rashi Kohli worked as a Senior Analyst at Dexter Capital Advisors for over one year from August 2021 to November 2022. As part of the Investment Banking team, she played a crucial role in some of the noteworthy transactions at the firm.
