The update: Digital Rights and Inclusion in Africa - With Thobekile Matimbe, Paradigm Initiative
In this episode, we are joined by Thobekile Matimbe from the Pan-African Enterprise, Paradigm Initiative to introduce us to LONDA – Digital Rights and Inclusion Annual Report with findings from 22 African countries, examining themes of privacy, freedom of expression, access to information, segmentation and exclusion, digital transformation, affordability, gender, and others all within existing legislative frameworks, and against the backdrop of a widening digital divide.
