Last week on Don’t Talk TV in connection with the children of neo-Nazis being apprehended permanently by the state back in 2008 in Manitoba I considered an extrapolation or I proposed an extrapolation to how that case might apply to people who are opposing the teaching of certain LGBT ideologies and the promotion of doing transgender surgeries and other interventions on children without parental consent and how that might apply to the Million Person March that’s, in fact, happening as I film this episode on the 20th of September 2023. I decided to do a follow-up episode because as I thought about that, I don’t think we are actually in the point of extrapolation, I think we are essentially already there and we are going to look at that on today’s episode of Don’t Talk TV & reminder 👇

Back in July in episodes 159 and 160 I highlighted some incidences of what I believe to be politically motivated selective enforcement of laws, in episode 159 we looked at some things that happened at The Toronto Pride parade that in my view were clearly crimes but no one was charged because of political affiliation and we also looked at the riots ongoing in France at that time. Well now we’re back it’s September and we have more examples in Canada of politically motivated selective enforcement of the law which in my view is a prelude to anarchy.

⚠️DTTV 169⚠️ | Lawyer Discusses Alternate Media Vs. Legacy Media & How They Both Avoid the Facts…
There is a case that has made a lot of headlines, especially in alternate media about a man by the initials of “CD” as a result of court publication bans who has done some jail time while fighting against, or apparently trying to fight against his daughter wanting to transition after receiving some propaganda about this in the public school system.
After reading the BC Court of Appeals decision on his contempt of court case I realized this a case that is an excellent example of how you cannot trust alternate media much more than you can trust legacy media; you’ve got to look at the actual facts. Because of this case especially, a lot of the reports I saw frankly, I think were clickbait or sensualized to make it look like something it actually wasn’t.

Last week on Don’t Talk TV I started what I’ve termed a “trilogy” looking at how hate crime laws are applied in this country and how in my view they are applied unequally and in my view people of European heritage in Canada are held to higher standards & are more likely to be charged than those of other backgrounds.
In part two today I want to take a look specifically at one case that caught my attention that came up in 2020 that of Travis Patron, the erstwhile Leader of the Canadian Nationalist Party. He was early this year had his appeal quashed where he sought to appeal his conviction so I want to look a bit at what happened there & discuss that a bit more. Last week on Don’t Talk TV when I was discussing why I use signal, protonmail, and cash I suggested that there’s one particular group of people in Canada that need to be especially careful about their privacy because they can be targeted just for happening to have some pride some or some love for their own heritage.

Did you know that in the province of Quebec health authorities have the statutory authority to have a judge order that you be forcibly removed from your home by police and pinned down and stabbed with a needle and a vaccine? It’s to my surprise that this is actually true and that does exist in Canada; I don’t practice law in Quebec so it’s not something I keep abreast of but fortunately, a viewer sent that to me so we are going to have a look at that law today.
