Building routine into your life can feel challenging when your schedule is constantly changing or inconsistent....like when you work a spicy job. In this episode we take a look into internal (home) routine vs external routine and how cultivating grounding habits build a sense of structure even when your life is constantly in flux. Grab a notebook and pen because we'll do an activity to create a tangible way to track the routine you want to build to counter your brains natural negative bias. I pull methods I use to build structure and routine into my internal world to since my external world is always changing due to being nomadic.
