In this Video I talk about Stress and anxiety Most people experience stress and anxiety from time to time. Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical body. People can report feeling stressed when multiple competing demands are placed on them. The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event that makes you feel frustrated or nervous. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease. It can be a reaction to stress, or it can occur in people who are unable to identify significant stressors in their life. Stress and anxiety are not always bad. In the short term, they can help you overcome a challenge or dangerous situation. Examples of everyday stress and anxiety include worrying about finding a job, feeling nervous before a big test, or being embarrassed in certain social situations. If we did not experience some anxiety we might not be motivated to do things that we need to do (for instance, studying for that big test!).

You are average of 5 people you stay with. This is so true as one of the most important thing for success is mindset or to be more precise Growth Mindset.
A mindset that knows success. A mindset that knows that there is no failure only lesion, a mindset that knows no limit a mindset that is grateful for what it has and is working constantly for what it wants a mindset that knows that infinite possibility exists.
But how do you get this mindset, well one of the way is pear group. See Steve Harvey said if 9 of your friends are broke you become the 10thone. It simple all your broke friends will talk about all the excuse why they failed or why couldn’t they do it or why they are not capable. All this will enter your subconscious mind and will become your reality.
But if on the other hand your pear group has people who are purpose driven, hustling, grinding, and winning. That will become your reality.
Do this take a paper and write 10 of your friends name the top 5 are the people whom you are engage with most or have occupied your mind and if you notice careful your are not doing much better than any one of them either. So what do you do?
I apply 33% rule. That is
Spend 33% of your time with people who are doing less than you, this are the people to whom you teach or train them basically I am their mentor. The benefit is whenever you teach you get to learn more. Also when I mentor then it makes me feel good about myself, increase my, self steam and motivates me to serve more as the one who serves is the happiest person.
the next 33% I spend with people who are doing almost equivalent to me. These are mostly my friends not all but most, this are the people with whom you can share plans and discuss ideas. I do the same also they are the one who keeps you motivated and uplift you whenever you feel low.
the next 33% of my time I spend with people who are 10 years ahead of me. This make me very uncomfortable but that what I want because then it helps me push my limitation. Also because they are successful or living the life that I want I get to understand the risk that they took, the mindset they have. They make me push my limit and grow. They are my mentors.
So this is the 33% law which I follow and suggest you to do so.

In this podcast I share you a story , Story about an elephant and The rope.
As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not. He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.” The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Today I will tell you how to know what kind of negative believes you have and how can you reprogram them.
I have already talked about what is subconscious mind how you get negative believes in your subconscious mind if u haven’t watched the video the link is in the description watch them.
Understanding your negative believes are easier than you think. All you have to do is be Aware very very aware.
Aware of your situations and your reality. Observe what do you have to go through and is it every time. Like in my case, I told you in my last video how I use to make 10k during my college time and had no major expense and still was not been able to save my money. And it happened every time for more than two years. Finally when I understood about subconscious mind and its ability to create my reality I knew that I do have a negative believe regarding money. And as a result I realized that I grew up listening my mom saying that money goes away as soon as it comes. Similarly if there is a certain situation that you have to face every time regardless of how well prepared you are, weather you are perfect with the work , or you have the right talent and skills but just not able to pull of the work. That area has a problem. There is a negative believes.
1. Continuous failure regardless of right talent and skills means Negative believe of fear
2. injury all the time means hateful believes
In simple words lack of money or struggle of money means negative thoughts regarding money
Lack of confidence means you have believes like I am not enough.

95% of your day is run by your subconscious mind. And you are absolutely unaware of it.
For example Decision making, you wake up and then when you brush your teeth it everything you do while brushing like taking tooth brush and past you just do in so unconsciously there are other thoughts going in your mind butyou do them with ease. Also when you walk back from office or school to home, you are day dreaming constantly thinking about different stuff and suddenly you realize that you have reached home. You took all the turns, left and right perfectly even though you were unaware of it. Or like right now you are breathing and you are so unaware of it. Proper blood circulation, heartbeat, food digestion all this does not require you attention of decision it happens and its subconscious mind that does.
But there is something more Powerful and important that subconscious mind does. And that is it creates your reality. Yes that’s true.
If you are rich it’s because of your subconscious mind, if your are poor it’s because of your subconscious mind. Whether you are constantly at stress or struggling or happy or prosperous it’s all in your subconscious mind. To be more precise the believes in subconscious mind.
Let’s understand this way
Your Subconscious mind is like a jinni whatever you tell jinni regardless weathers its good or bad it will grant you that wish. Similarly whatever believes your subconscious mind holds that will be your reality? So all you have to do is just tell your subconscious mind I am rich and you shall become one. But it’s not that easy. See you cannot go inside the lamp to tell jinni your wish right jinni is protected by the lamp. Similarly the subconscious mind is protected my conscious mind. it acts as a guard that does not let anything go in. but if it does not let anything go in then how come all the negative thoughts gets in? And also just like there is a way to ask jinni your wish by rubbing the lamp what is the way to put thoughts into your subconscious mind. Good thoughts powerful thoughts. Let’s understand all this. Bye the way you don’t know what are your subconscious believes. You have no access to it. Suppose I ask you, do you believe that women are less in comparison to me men? And you say with upmost confidence that no I don’t believe that I believe that they are equal to man. Note that is your conscious mind believe but there is a possibility that deep in your subconscious mind you have believe that no women are less in comparison to men. And ya it’s not your fault absolutely not. now in this case if you are the women and hold this believe than it does not matter how much you try , how much skill you have you will not be as successful as man until the believe in your subconscious mind are changed. Think yourself as radio. If A radio is tune in to 90 degree FM you can’t expect to listen to the song that is been played in 100degree FM right
You are acting as a radio emitting low frequency that goes in the universe and comes back as reality. I.e. situations in your life. Situation that will not let you get more customers or In my case I was not able to save because every time there was some emergency either my brother got sick or my mobile got broke something would happen that will make me use all my money.

Having a morning routine is the best way to kick starts your day. And if that reason is not enough listen to this.
What do you think will happen to you if I make you do everything that an army man does? like time they wake up , food they eat, physical training they do , make you talk and listen to the type of conversation they do every single thing . And not just one but continuously for a certain period of time. What will happen is that you will form those habits and you will become like them. Doing the physical tanning they do you will gain he same physical fitness. Thinking and listening to things they do will make your brain work in there pattern. Similarly if you do everything that a monk does what will happen. Again sleeping and waking up the way they do. Eating things they eat mediations yoga etc. you will become monk too.
And this is what we call as training. Where we create the artificial situation and you will face as an army or professor, singer, fireman and the make you do things that they are suppose to do until it forms a default system of your brain.
Similarly when I was doing my research of 1% successful people, Morning routine was one thing that was common in every person.

Today I am going to tell you a story about a 17 year old boy and his little brother who were returning from basket ball match with their school friends and on the way the bus stopped and every one came down to have dinner except the two boys and seeing and understanding the situation one of their friend’s father came up to them and offered the boys to have dinner and he will pay for it and nobody has to know anything all they have to do is pay it forward to someone in need whenever they are able to.
This became the turning point in the 10year boy’s life as this became his purpose. Purpose that everyone deserves a chance. It was then that the boy had no money for dinner and now we know his as Bobby Herrera co-founder of Populus group with a turnover of $ 900 million.
What I want you to understand from this story that how struggles in life are good and necessary for you to understand your purpose. God create different struggle for you to understand what cause and emotion you feel incline to and want to work in future for other people like in case of Bobby in the story when he got the happiness and pleasure that he too deserve the chance to be part of the group he wanted the same feeling and emotion for other people. Years later through populous group he helps people by searching and providing them jobs like linked it.
Also I want you to understand that your purpose acts as an inner fire and keeps you motivated to work and achieve your goal. And every time you achieve your goal or fulfil your purpose you get the sense of fulfilment and that flue your inner fire.
