He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville University with a major in history and a minor in English. Ramon has a unique career background with dual expertise in the private sector and government policy. While his private sector experience includes banking, finance, and real estate, his public sector experience includes service as Chief of Staff to the late Congressman Charles E. Bennett.
