Today I interviewed Patrick Jaiyeoba, a trained and certified Minister of Deliverance, Emotional and Physical Healing by Global Awakening College of Ministry. He currently serves on the pastoral team at the CityLight International Church where he is the Asst. Director of Small Groups and a co-host of Sunday services. He also hosts a podcast called “The freedom Reality”, where he teaches and converses with reputable Christian leaders on freedom in Christ. We spoke about how in forgiving his father, he had to go through emotional healing, which brought up things from his childhood that were long buried. This is an interview that must be heard!

Good Morning everyone! I have a special treat for you all today! I interviewed Bobby and Cheryl Love! If you know who they are (even if you don't) they went viral for their story on the Humans of New York Instagram account. Bobby had his first run ins with the law at thirteen, by his early twenties he was a master thief with a serious criminal record and then he was slapped with a thirty year prison sentence! Yet even with good behavior, making parole and regaining his freedom weren't guaranteed so he made a plan. He jumped off the back of a prison bus in North Carolina transporting him to do roadwork, escaped on foot to a bus station, fled to New York and reinvented his life. It wasn't until decades later when he was married and had kids that the FBI and NYPD caught up to him! When I tell you his story is amazing... IT. IS. AMAZING!!!!!

I Had to Grieve My Expectations - Interview with Crystal Currie
Hello everybody! I was going to drop this episode on Monday, but it was SO GOOD that I HAD to drop this episode! Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing Crystal Currie a licensed clinical mental health professional and founder of Compass Life Skills & Counseling. As an Emotional Wellness Specialist, Crystal finds herself continuously inspired by human resilience as she gets to witness her clients’ abilities to uncover strengths they did not know they had. Crystal has dealt with demons of her own, from being born to teen parents (14 and 15 years old) to grieving the loss of her alive mother. Today, she helps clients just like her past self to let go of toxic relationships and finally live a peaceful and happy life. She comes to us telling her story of how she forgave both her parents and how she had to grieve her expectations of what she wanted her mother to be... This was too good! Forgiveness and Fatherhood Part 1 - Interview with Aaron Powell
Today starts a new series called "Forgiveness in Fatherhood" and I have my very good friend Aaron Powell II to speak to me! Aaron has been married for 3 years come July 2021 to his beautiful wife NaEshia and is a father to his 4 month old daughter Paisley. He is also a dog lover (he has a 3 year old Black Schnauzer),in the United States Air Force (5 years come Oct 2021) and the treasurer of Forward Inc. (non-profit organization based out in the DMV). He also loves sports and most importantly loves God. He comes today speaking about how his dad was present with him in his life and how that affected him in being a father now, he also talks about things he had to forgive himself for in being a new father. Love your mom, appreciate her and celebrate her not just on Mother's Day but everyday! Maria Modamwen has a career in Contract Administration for the Federal government. She is a mom to her beautiful 4 year old son, Midas. Becoming a mom led her to solidifying her life passion in wellness. She advocates for mother’s wellness through her platform, Golden Mom Journeys (GMJ). GMJ focuses on empowering moms through their pregnancies, birth experiences, and post-partum journeys through our doula services with a focus on holistic fitness. When moms are holistically fit, that’s when they are truly empowered. She spoke of her journey of forgiveness with her mother and in becoming a mother. This is an episode that is a must listen!
